"Pathetic customer service. Ordered a Jabra BT500 Bluetooth Headset on 4/19 and am yet to receive it as of 5/5. I have called 4 times since I placed my order and the first time they didn't have any clue. 2nd time, they said they were out of the product & just received a new shipment and it will get shipped in the next couple of days. 3rd time, they said its been shipped out already & I should receive it within a week and somebody will call me back (they took my phone number) in the next couple of days (as I complained that the UPS tracking number isn't displaying updated info) with the exact status. Well, nobody called!!!! 4th time, same reply that its on its way. I didn't want to cancel the order as I got it at a decent price but now my 5th call will be to cancel it for sure."

"I placed an order on April 1st for a cell phone accessory from Cellhut. I haven't received any confirmation for 14 days now about my order.
Edit #1: After 20 days I finally received a response saying they did not receive my order. A few days later I receive a shipping notification. Another 7 days go by and I'm still waiting for my package that was scheduled to be delivered 2 days ago. Almost one month has passed and I still don't have my package! "
"Worst, most unprofessional company I've ever done business with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for a bluetooth headset through google checkout on 3/28. On 4/03 I was contacted by them asking for $5 extra, after my card had already been charged. They claimed google was forcing them to ask for this additional money, which is a complete lie. After talking to a csr and a manager, who both lied incessantly about why they required additional money, I finally cancelled my order in frustration. Do not bother with this company."

CellHut's response is that Google asked them to cancel the order due to differentshipping and billing addresses. This is total bull crap since I used that GCO account to purchase and ship tonnes of items to the same shipping address with the same billing address provided.
The people at CellHut are crooks. Do not buy from them."

"I had ordered a Jabra BT350 bluetooth headset on 28th March 2007 based on the stock available, and shipping promise within 24-36 hours at their site.
My credit card was immediately charged for the amount and the next day i received a mail from cellhut intimating shipping and UPS tracking number for my ordered product.
From 28th till 31st the UPS site showed the tracking status as "Billing information has been sent to UPS. Check site later for updated shipment status or contact shipper for more details".
I talked to the UPS guys and they clearly told me that your package has not been handed over to us by the cellhut.
I called up ceelhut and after umpteen calls and listening to their advertising stuff for 30-40 mins. each time i called, in my 120th attemt i could talk to a real person named USMAN regarding this problem and he reluctantly admitted that my product had not been shipped and he made many promises that it would be shipped positively on monday the 2nd of April.
LETS SEE IF CELLHUT FULFILS ITS BROKEN PROMISE.

"This is the worst online shopping experience I've had. I ordered a cellphone online at 10 pm in the evening, called them to cancel the order at 12:30 Noon the very next day. I was told the order will not be shipped and I'll not be charged for anything. They still shipped the order, and when I returned the shipment without taking the delivery, they didn't process my refund for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks when I got my refund they have charged me 20% restocking fee and now if I call them to discuss about it they don't pickup the phone. Please be careful with this store they have a very bad customer service and are very reluctant to change or cancel the order."
"CELLHUT ripped me off. Don't let them rip you off!
I bought a cell phone which turned out to be defective. I returned the phone for a refund. I followed CELLHUT'S return policy to the letter. CELLHUT has refused to give a refund. Now they have their defective product and almost $300 of my dollars-and I'm out. Why, because CELLHUT does not follow its own return policy, and they make up new rules to suit them. Example-no where in CELLHUT'S return policy does it say CELLHUT gets to decide if a product is defective-but I was told they do. And guess how they decide! They win and you lose. Their return policy states refunds will be processed in 5 days, well for me that was 4 months ago and still counting!! So far, CELLHUT has ignored me, my bank, and lied to the New York State Consumer Protection Board regarding my refund. And yes-CELLHUT sent me a cell phone manufactured for Europe! That problem is a common thread with this company. Oh, yes, if you send CELLHUTa letter, they claim not to get it. They only get certified mail at this company.
If you are in the market for a Cellular product, look somewhere else. CELLHUT does not deserve your business. I'm sure some transactions through CELLHUT that go off without a hitch. But what happens if there is a problem? Based on the number of complaints, problems happen frequently with CELLHUT. Well, if you are an unlucky one, like I was, you too will be out of a lot of money.
Lets show CELLHUT that they can't rip off their customers and stay in business. DO NOT SHOP AT CELLHUT! "
"Phone worked for two weeks. Cellhut states after 2 weeks, manufacturer is responsible for all warranty work. After sending phone to Motorola, we learn that it is not a US market phone. Would not buy from them again, since they do not disclose this. You are left with a phone with no warranty coverage.

Ordered 2 K750i's and stayed on processing for almost a week. Emailed them and they never responded. Called and they hung up on me. Ready now for a battle on my cancelled order. Stay away. Stay very far away."
