"This was one of the worst online shopping experience that I ever had and I am surprised to see google partnering with such unprofessional merchants. I ordered a unlocked phone 8/2/07 to be sent as a gift to India for a special occasion. The merchant promptly charged my card the same day. I was promised a delivery within 3 days since the product was shown as available. But when I did not receive any update nor the product until 8/9, i started my frantic calls and emails to their customer rep group. The telephone just hangs up on you after waiting for half hour. After many tries when i finally get to them, i find that their reps are highly inconsistent in their responses. At first i was told my order was not in their database since i ordered through google checkout. When i persisted for a while they tell me that the product is not available and i need to wait. After a few days when i called up again, they asked me to cancel the order. I requested if a similar phone could be sent to me through overnite a representative charged me $20 and promised to send it the next day. When I didn't receive the product I called again and I was told they cant ship the product since it does not show in their database. Could there be something more ridiculous than this. I had no other choice other than to cancel the order. Fortunately they refunded the amount after 5 days. I was finally left without a gift to be sent back home. I strongly discourage other people from shopping with such merchants and request google to stop partnering with cheats like cellhut"

3. On 8/3, USPS had not updated the tracking number, it means they never shipped it out. Then called them. -- oops...
I got first excellent excuse.... yes, it's funny.
The guy from CellHut told me.. 'well, we had a SPECIAL tracking system from USPS to track your package, although their website didn't update it, we knew it will be there in 2 days.' And I asked him where's my package, he saw my address in CA, then he told me.. 'Oh, it's in San Diego', and I said... what, I am far away from San Diego'... then he tried to end my call saying..' trust me, it's there... just wait couple days.. it will be there.' .. Ok, I then wait 2 days, 3 days... ...and 7 days later, I called again, this time is another story.
Here it is.. 'Since USPS had huge computer problem in Texas, all the packages they sent, were returned to them. but they have already shipped the package out again'.
Luckily, I finally received my order (just a $10 order) over half month after I order it., but I don't think I will buy from them anymore.
Also, please check RESELLERRATING.com, they have very low rating and they DEFINITELY won't return emails.

I just read all the bad ratings, but I can't believe it! I made an order from Cellhut on Friday. My bluetooth headset was delivered on MONDAY. Thats the FASTEST shipping I've ever seen. Additionally, when I called them on Friday to confirm that it had been shipped, the customer rep answered almost immediately and had all the info I wanted (also, he was very polite). I rate this store top notch! VERY HAPPY!"
"This is the WORST ever experience I had with any store online. I have ordered for 6 pieces Motorola H700 headsets on 07/22/2007. They charged my credit card for all 6 pieces but they sent me olny 5 pieces in the package. I tried to call thir customer service 1-***-***-**** several times. I was alwasy kept on music and advertisements for more than 30 minutes but no one ever picks the call. Dont know how to resolve this issue. I dont have any invoice number from thier emails or order status pages on the web site. So, I just put the Order number in place of invoice number.

If I knew trying to return an item would be this difficult, I would have been MORE then happy to spend an extra $100 some place else.
After submitting an rma request to: "****@****", a rep by the name of ALI (****@****) after 2-3 days later... replied to my request and stated:
Dear customer,
plz make rma request at ****@****
I could have just sworn that I JUST DID THAT?! The least "ALI" could have done for me was point that request in the right direction... OH WAIT... it WAS in the right direction!
So now I sit and wait longer until I get further instructions, perhaps more "run around" emails from ALI himself... or perhaps after my 14 day return window has expired? Hmmm...
I also sent that same email request to ****@**** and have yet to hear a response (has been 5 days). This is their main contact email it would seem.
TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, and many many other mean words would describe my experience with this company.
PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS, STAY AWAY! SPEND MORE ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!!!

"I placed an order for Motorola RAZR V3 deluxe pack on July 14 2007 at Cellhut via Google Checkout.
Google Checkout status:
14 Jul - order placed with Cellhut.
15 Jul - Cellhut received your order.
On 16 Jul, I get an email from Cellhut stating that my order has been cancelled as per my request, which I never did. 16th evening, I try to contact their customer care number, nobody attends for like 45 minutes. I drop off and send an email to them asking for an explanation. No reply yet till 17th July noon.
I then call them up again on 17th July and after 20 mins, I get through to a CSR. His explanation was that Google reported my card information as fraudulent and hence my order was cancelled.
My questions to him:
1. Google Checkout does not say so on its order status page.
2. My credit card statement already shows this transaction (though pending). If it was deemed fraudulent by Google, how come I see the transaction on my statement?
His answer:
Google Checkout is not reliable.
Me:
Then why give that as the payment option in Cellhut?
CSR:
Only in your case it is bad, but generally it is good.
Me:
What about the transaction?
CSR:
Let me check.. (after some time) The transaction is not yet posted and I have initiated the reversal already.
Me:
When can I see the reversal on my statement - now or after sometime?
CSR:
You should see it now.
Me:
I don't see it.
CSR:
You should see it shortly. Let me create a clone order meanwhile, this time directly via Cellhut and not through Google Checkout. Can I have your credit card information?
Me:
Am sorry, I would prefer to wait for the transaction reversal to happen, before placing the order again.
CSR:
Ok, sir (hangs up).

The experience was better after this. The CSR ensured that I received a cancellation notification from Google Checkout as well. I went ahead and placed the order again and the product got shipped the next day.
Update: (7/27/2007)
Well I was trying to use this product for the past 5 days and well, what can I say, it turns out to be a fake one. Have just submitted a RMA request with them to return it. These are the reasons that I have given:
1. The battery status keeps showing up as full and suddenly drops to 0% and the phone switches off.
2. There are no signs of this product being original. The manual appears photocopied from the original manual and there are pages missing from it.
3. The phone-tools CD is not even recognized by my PC.
4. Based on the authenticity checks suggested by Motorola (color, logo embossing, etc), the phone itself appears to be fake.
5. The earhugger handsfree headset broke the first time I tried to wear it.
Oh my god, so much of an ordeal to get a genuine mobile."

I bought a battery for the Motorola V3 razr, and after waiting 13 days to get it, the item was completely defective! 3 separate phones power up and report the battery is full, then when you try and make a call, the phones shut off. When you try to charge it, the phones all say "charge completed" within seconds, but the problem persists. I requested a RMA 7 days ago but still no response. I am not satisfied - I got the item 13 days after I bought it and it turns out to be useless.
On another note, the battery I got might be counterfeit. Although it has the motorola logos, it lacks the serial number and lot number, which is present on all other motorola batteries. Also, the font used is different from the other batteries I've seen.
I would never buy from this store again - I would say to all my friends and anyone reading this - AVOID THIS STORE. I called customer service to complain, and all that happened was they hung up on me even before saying a word."
