"The shipping was quite fast. I had placed the order on Nov 7 and got it on Nov 9.

But I was little surprised to see the charger which is not suitable for the US socket plugs!! Because of this cellhut has also placed a converter adapter in the box, which i can plugin to the US style socket. But again the charger was not properly fitting into the adapter. Luckily i am using a Nokia phone and the adapter of which is suitable for the bluetooth headset also. So i am unhappy in the fact that the information about the type of charger which will be sent was not mentioned in the site. So somebody who did not had a workaround solution like mine will need to contact cellhut again or buy a adapter themselves.

Regarding the bluetooth headset, i am quite happy with it till now.

"Very disappointing experience. Web site does not reflect the stock position of store. I found a phone I was looking for, on the website it was mentioned that they have got three phones with them and two of them are with bundled blue tooth. I placed an order, i got an email confirming my payment and invoice number. The order number is 109684 . After a week i received a phone call stating that they are out of the stock and can't ship the product. still on website , the order is available.. But since they refused to ship it , i canceled my order. Now I still can find the phone I am looking for on the website but with a blue tooth headset, which I don't want. But they won't ship me the individual phone. And after all these days , my money has not been credited back to my account.

And worst thing is yet to come....they don't offer live chat customer service and on phone consider yourself lucky if you reach the customer associate in 45 minutes.

"Processing?: Ok. Used google check out. A quick 'shipped' mail comes with a tracking#! But the agent(USPS) shows no-recored for that #, even after 2days. Even Cellhut order status shows 'not-yet-shipped'. Called cellhut Cust.Svc - prompt, curteous and said "it will be shipped today". Even 2d after that call, cellhut Website continues to show 'not yet shipped'. But..presto, the product is received - total 6d from order date..not bad! Even NOW the website says 'not yet shipped'!! GO figure ;-) Let us just say they do an ok-job but cannot track/tell you that.

Product?: Ordered 2+2=4 pieces. 1(nokia ears/headset) arrived broken. Rest 3 are fine. Am not even going to call them as I dont think it helps at all and prod is cheap enough.

Will I return to cellhut:? May be. But cannot recommend for valuable/important/urgent stuff..use for cheap stuff that you dont really need urgently. May be google check out interface problems?
