"I woke up this past sunday morning and saw on a bargain website (bensbargains or dealnews?) that the motofone f3 was on sale/clearance on cellhut. Since the price was good I just made a google checkout purchase. THEN as an afterthought I came here to check the ratings. I kicked myself for not checking it earlier, but then since the phone is new the likelihood of my getting an used/refurb should be pretty small. The order's amount is also relatively small, so I decided to wait and see.

I got a shipping notice on Monday, and the phone got here on Tuesday's UPS delivery, which is really quite fast. After checking it out carefully it is apparent the phone is new and as expected. It's not meant for the US market but then that's also no surprise. My experience isn't very complicated, but it's a sigh of relief that nothing went awry. Based on this experience alone, they had good price and fast shipping, which despite their bad track record, is a good thing. I consider myself fortunate on this one."

"Well, cellhut says it is "Brand New". When i received the phone hard pressed finger prints were all over the back by the sim card insert/battery area. After trying to get familiar with the phone I found a couple of things to not work properly. One, I can bearly hear the person on the other line or they can't hear me with the proprietary headset connected. Two, the key volume doesn't really work, volumes 1 through 7 sound the same/does not work at all. These are not major problems but being a "Brand New" phone you would expect "the whole phone" to work...coincidence, I don't know "

"Mislead customer with wrong specification.
I placed and order for Jabra BT2040 Bluetooth Headset and received the item on time. Specification of the item on CellHut site shows it takes AAA size battery, which is incorrect. It takes AAAA size battery (new type). When called customer service, they won't agree that it is wrong. They won't take it back without re-stocking fee and I have to pay for shipment!!
The item is useless for me as AAAA size battery is not easily available. I cannot use my re-chargable AAA battery, which was my strong point for choosing the item.

"I order a Motorola V3 Black Deluxe Pack on 8/7. It took them more than a week to ship the order (on 8/15). When I recd the package it the phone box seemed very old (worn out) which didn't give me a good feeling. Anyway after using the phone for about 3 weeks, the color/paint has started to wear off and I can see the metal underneath it. Also the charger sometimes doesn't work properly. The phone just wouldn't charge when I plug in the charger. I called customer service couple of times when they didn't help saying that since it has been more than 14 days, they cannot fix the problem or issue a full refund.

Called motorola and they said the IMEI number doesn't exist in their database which means the phone is not original. Possibly a duplicate phone from gray market.

I am very disappointed and would never buy from cellhut again.
