"If I could rate this no stars I would. They shipped a defective product that was not in original packaging (or in any packaging for that matter) and claimed it was new. It didn't work. I had to ship it back at my expense and they continually claimed they shipped a replacement. After one month it still hadn't shown up. Do not order from this company."
"With the holidays coming up and many people doing online shopping, I felt I had to write a review of my bad experience with this website. Long story short, I placed an order 11/7 for two cell phone batteries and received an email that it shipped 11/8. The website states that orders delivered by USPS will arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Not counting the 11th and 27th as holidays, today will be 14 business days, and still no order. They have responded to every email I have sent to them, but it seems like they keep putting me off. I just sent them another email to request a refund, we'll see what happens. I've done alot of online shopping over the years and have never had a problem, until now. Buyer beware I guess. "
"I had a very frustrating experience with the UK Cell Phone Shop. I ordered 10 phone skins at about £40. Firstly, their online interface was well below what you would expect, they were custom skins, but very simple with our company logo and a web address - there was no preview when creating the skin which I thouht was a little strange. But they do ask for an email address to confirm your order. I entered my email address with an explicit note saying, please contact me with a preview before you place the order. I also asked (because it doenst not tell you before you order) how long it would take for delivery and not to place the order if I could not take delivery within 5 days.
Needless to say I got an automated response informing me of a 7 - 10 day wait and that my item had shipped. So clearly no-one reviewed my order. If you have a "notes" section in your order, it is only fair that it is actually taken into account. If computers ar putting through all the orders then information should be made available.
It's my last time shopping with them, customer service was terrible, unhelpful and rude. I would recommend other buys go elsewhere."
"Do not buy from CellPhoneShop! I do not recommend them for internet purchases. They are very unprofessional. I ordered a holster for my phone and it is now 30 days today and it still has not showed up. All they keep saying is give it a few more days. I also purchased a replacement battery. The battery they sent was also defective. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for the replacement batter and it still has not shown up. I have emailed them to tell them to give me back the money and they only respond by asking if I want them to reorder everything. Looks like they outsource the customer service to India or nearby. When i call these ididots all they say is they will escalate my request. No one ever gets back to you. And to make matters worse, you will be on hold for more then 15-20 minutes to get some ididot on the phone with a strong accent who doesnt know what they are doing. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH CELL PHONE SHOP."

"Awful,awful!!!! Ordered a cell cover for my husband's phone. by mistake I clicked submit.(I thought I would get a review your order page before placing the order) no it submitted the order. This was on a Saturday. Called the company, they were closed. Called paypal, and they said I had to contact the company first. So, I sent them an email right away asking to cancel the order. Called Monday morning first thing to cancel it, to find out the order had shipped from overseas. Didnt know it was an overseas company by the way! They wouldnt give me a refund! talked to a supervisor multiple times throughout the week, after literally hours of being on hold before getting to a live person. And emailed back and forth with support. They wouldnt refund all the purchase! All they would do is give me the cost of the item, minus the shipping both ways!! Had to claim it through paypal, and as soon as the item arrived in the mail. Refused it right away, wrote on the package return to sender in black letters. Paypal refunded the money, after the so called company sent a tracking number literally, 123456789. Yes, that was their tracking number!! obviously never excited! Never buying from them again!!! Save yourselves a headache, buy somewhere else. Awful customer service. If I could I would give it 0 stars!!"
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF OUTFIT. You will get your item in about three weeks (from Hong Kong), and they have a 14-day return/refund policy, so they know you can't get a refund. I have saved all of my e-mail correspondence, which I will be sending to state consumer complaint office and BBB. Everyone who has a bad experience with them should do the same."

"DONT ORDER FROM THEM! Ordered a cover for my Galaxy Note. They sent the wrong cover and now expect me to pay to ship it back before they will send the item I ordered. Was cheap, now I know why, what's the point of ordering an inexpensive cover if they will not send the correct item. No sense in my paying to ship it back as there's no reason to believe they will send the correct item the next time. Will order a cover from someone else!"

I had enough to warrant free shipping. 14 days later and still counting, and because I am waiting, I don't want to buy what I want from a reputable dealer, as I figure it might show up. The phone support person says she is in SE Asia, but will say little else"
"We tried to place an order with these clowns. They are inept. We were trying to ship something to the US Govt. It was an emergency order for Hurricane Sandy and we let them know that. First they said they couldn't drop ship. Then they said they could. Then at 2AM the day our shipment was supposed to be there they EMAILED us to say that we need to use PayPal - not credit card. When you call customer support they have no idea what is going on."

"I used to shop at this online store a few years ago and they seemed pretty good. I tried to go back to them recently and the first item I ordered was obviously not "like new" as they described, but very used and worn. No big deal, it was a spare cell phone just to have in case of a lost phone or something. The next item I ordered was another cell phone that was supposed to be compatible with AT&T, but the rep at the AT&T store couln't figure out how to work it. It ended up being worthless, so I purchased a real AT&T phone and returned the purchase to cellphoneshop. They said 5-6 days for a credit. The tracking number showed they received the item on October 15, 2012. I did not get a refund, so I emailed and they replied repeating the 5-6 day refund policy. Um..it is the 30th now, and I think I can count, so that would be way more than their policy. "
