"I highly recommend doing business with Censuspc.com because they are the most helpful supplier I have ever dealt with. I had a problem computer and several employees spent a lot of time trying to figure out a solution. I ordered the part that we all hoped would fix it. Part arrived very quickly, packaged very well and exactly as described. Unfortuantely, the problem computer remained a problem and therefore the part had to be returned. I was so pleased with all the help Censuspc had given that I told them I didn't expect a refund...I would just return it...but they insisted on giving me a refund anyway! "No complaints here. Prices are competitive, they have some killer specials, and free shipping on most items to boot. Of course, its not "free", but its a nice change to shop and put items in your cart without dreading what the shipping is going to be. I was almost suspicious of how CensusPC can include shipping in such competitive prices, but they do it! And what planet did "edoc" come from where it is not standard policy and procedure for the customer to incur the expense of returning an item to the point of sale? Unless the customer receives the wrong item due to clear seller error, this is in perfect keeping with customary practice throughout the industry. Another example of why retards shouldn't be allowed to give reviews."

"Company shipped a defective motherboard, issued a RMA, and I actually had to pay return shipping! They refuse to respond to requests for status -- tying up hundreds of dollars spent on components for my new pc. They have made many excuses why I must bear all of their costs of doing business -- very poor attitude and service. In pre-sales I was assured they had plenty of the same board in case a replacement was necessary, once the sale was made they suddenly were out and the product (EP0X EP-8KRA2+) was out of production -- and they have offered nothing as a solution, no options for a replacement board, no refund of my money (other than threats to charge multiple ridiculous "restocking fees", otherwise known as theft since they took my money two months ago and are still in breach of the contract to deliver the working product for which I paid). I have filed a complaint with the CA Attorney General's Office. "
"From my 1 purchase with this company, I can say that I am really happy with my experience. I ordered a new motherboard from them and it arrived about a week later; when you are talking an APO address that is pretty amazing! I found out that the motherboard in the box was not the one I actually wanted, but that was my fault; I ordered the wrong one. I explained that to them and they shipped the correct one the very next day and again I got it in a week. I am still deciding whether or not to ship the one I didn't really want back to them or keep it and build a good 'budget' PC while I build my new beast.

"Purchased a Spire CopperStream HSF from them. Got delivered real quick. On inspecting the HSF, there were some minor nicks and three of the fins an one corner were bent. Doesn't look like anything CensusPC did, so I'm ok with it. Not like its gonna affect the cooling capabilities.
All in all, good seller. Only problem is that the website could use some work, like a order tracking page."
"Ordered an Epox 4PDA2+ rev 2; one of the few dealers to stock the Rev 2 and at a good price too. Not free shipping, but reasonable for the size and weight of the package. Received email confirmation, tracking number, and delivery was 5 days later - enough time for me to have received all the other bits but nowhere to put them yet :-) The EPoX board is very nicely packaged and comes with all kinds of goodies. I did have to contact EPoX tech support but that has nothing to do with Census PC; the board itself works just fine. BTW, EPoX tech support was very responsive both for email and (free) phone support and were (eventually) able to resolve my problem (could not set SATA to Enhanced Mode) by suggesting a BIOS upgrade, which did indeed do the job. Overall I'm very happy with Census PC's service and EPoX's board and tech support."
"I purchased a Epox 4PDA2+ motherboard. The ordering process went smoothly and I received the board promptly. However, the board was defective and I emailed(since I work during service hours)asking if they did advanced RMA and got a prompt response that they did. I then emailed back to state I wished to pursue that avenue. I have yet to get a reply in the past 11 days after sending 6 emails. I have no ideas whether I have a new motherboard coming or if there is even an RMA created for this order. I will update if I ever get an RMA, but there communication is definitely lacking.
