Shady

"Wouldn’t give me a refund for a flight that was cancelled due to covid .. told me that I need to contact airline for a credit voucher ... It was also impossible to get in touch with anyone on the phone with anything corona virus related but when I called the number to book a new reservation I was able to to talk to someone immediately.... doesn’t get any more low than this .... shady unethical business"

"Please, please, please avoid this company at all costs. They are nothing but ripoff artists. Will not answer emails. Will not answer chat sessions. They double bill when you cancel a flight and absolutely, positively NO REFUNDS of any kind for anything. Total crooks. I have learned my lesson and I will NEVER have anything else to do with this company. As stated on so many sites, once they get your money, it is THEIRS. And in time of a national crisis when travel bans are in place, they continue to take money from consumers."

Most pathetic company in the world

"Cheapoair booking number 67856423

We, a family of 4, booked a flight with cheapoair on March 22nd, and our flight was scheduled for March 25th. As we approach the departure time, I keep emailing, calling and chatting online with their costumer service to issue our E tickets. After sending over 50 emails, and spending 13 hours waiting on call and online chat, we missed our flight because Cheapoair failed to issue our E tickets in time. They did not even respond us.
With the COVID 19 pandemic, we were really desperate to get back home in Canada from Manila, and cheapoair gave us tremendous stress and caused over 4000CAD in damage. We will follow them legallay.
I strongly discourage you from working with this company.
Cheapoair's CEO must be ashamed of this.

Poor services, extremely bad experience!!

"very bad experience!!! I am unable to contact anyone for changes and I am not even able to view my flight details because the website keep asking me to activate my account when in fact they haven't made any account for me and I didn't get any emails!!"

Frustrated

"I'm very frustrated with this airline. I purchased a ticket for my son and because of the Coronavirus I tried cancelling it worried about him, seeing he has had cancer before and I don't rusk his safety. So I called and called and each time it would hang up immediately. So when I would try and online chat it kept trying to connect me to an agent but every time there was 1200 and something people ahead of me. So my son never boarded the plane and I never was able to get ahold of anyone. So I was not able to get a refund or anything on the ticket I purchased I will never again purchase a a airline ticket from CheapOair again..."

"Creaky and misleading system when airlines make flight changes

Cheap0Air shows us booked on flight next week and returning two weeks later on a flight that according to the airline doesn't exist! This is after four other changes in our reservations. We haven't been told we have no return . They haven't reached out to tell us or help us.

It takes most of the day to manage any change with Cheap0Air. You can call and be given an estimate of how many minutes to wait. It takes 90 mins to go down from 60 minutes to 1 minute ... then it repeats "one minute" for another 50 minutes before we give up! You can wait on hold for 90 minutes at lunch time, then leave messages in response to a promised call back at an hour later at 3pm, but ... it never comes. So a few hours later in the evening we go in online chat, and eventually get to someone about three hours later. Then the support moves very slowly - we have to repeat things three times - but it is solid.

INFURIATING!!!!!!!!

"Because their site does not use 24 hr time, but booking details do, I realized I booked for an evening flight, not morning. Now I'm trying desperately to get someone on the phone to help, while simultaneously having chat opened on the app, but I received busy signals, number not in order and all circuits are busy messages, and am now sitting on hold WAITING AND WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am LIVID **** at this point."

Ignored in Seattle

"Purchasing the ticket easy. When the Covid 19 crisis emerged and I needed to change the booking it became an electronic struggle over several hours. First the 800 lines simply ignored the input. Then I finally got in and waited in the queue for 1/2 hr before I was simply cut off. Going on-line to chat placed me as 969 when I logged on. It has now been another 1/2 and I have moved up to 345 in line. For this frustration I may be charged a change fee. I shouldn't have to pay a nickel for this inconvenience. The Covid 19 disaster is horrible for all of us. Within that framework Cheapoair should not be profiting on misfortune."

"I cannot reach you after three full days of trying both by phone and online. My booking # is UJIA7G. Please cancel and credit the same card I used to book the reservation. I have waited online with 900+ in front of me three times and everytime I get down to 300+ in front of me I get kicked off. "

"Very long hold times, twice over 1 hour last time it finally rang and then hung up on me. Something is up with this company. Maybe out of business. Today all phone numbers do not go through. I am ready to call my credit card to report fraud. And I have used this company several times before."
