"I returned my item May 11 and heard nothing at all until I pressed about whether it had been received last week. Days after I pressed I finally got an email response saying the return was on the way to you, but that it could take 30 days to get a refund. This will cause me pause before shipping with Chicos again. I understand the constraints of and delays related to Coronavirus, but 40+ days to get a refund is inexcusable."
