"I love Chico's, however, I will never order online again. Received confirmation that order was placed and I had been charged for it. A couple of weeks later received confirmation that order had been shipped. After a couple more weeks I called to check on order. It was lost in warehouse. Customer service rep tried to reorder, but, item no longer available. Said she would credit account. That did not happen. Well, after a couple more weeks, yet another email that item shipped. Another charge. Same day. item credited . Customer service rep. says wait tio see if it shows it. Still no update on tracking. Charged 2 times, credit 1 time and still item not received."

"When I wanted to order the tshirt it was out of stock, so I asked to be notified when it was available again. When I received the notification I was very excited and immediately placed my order. The order was confirmed and then I did not hear anything for about a week or so. I then received an email telling me that Chicos was unable to fill my order and it was canceled. I was very disappointed. It would have been preferable to just tell me from the start that it was no longer available. I felt like I had been offered something only to have it snatched away. In all the years I’ve been a Oassport customer this is the first time I’ve really felt let down by Chico’s."
