A) customer service told me twice that it would be here before Christmas.
B) stopped me from buying other items
C) never really tracked my ordered c0 blew off my concerns with assurances that were not kept
Chico's never really paid any attention to my multiple calls or requests for information, came across as dishonest and disorganized. They still have my money and are totally unappologic for assuring me twice that it would be here by Christmas.

"I ordered a top that I’ve been trying to request a return label for over two weeks. Every time I ask to return it. The message is always ‘item has not shipped’ Which of course it has. Trying to ‘chat’ with a representative, the hold time is ridiculous! Trying to email the problem only gets me a return e-mail that says to contact Chico’s by phone, again the hold time is over 30 mins! I give up!!"
