"This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and today is December 26th. The package still isn’t here. Chico’s should update shipping companies after ups and Usps epic failures this Christmas season. It isn’t as though Covid was just occurring since September or that the post office didn’t get $28 billion dollars from the federal government to add staff."

"Everything is great until it's time to pay. I use Paypal and when I use it, I have to sign in to Paypal again. At first I wasn't sure which password was required, Paypal or Chico's. This is the only store that requires it this way. It's just another step that is unnecessary. That is the only thing that I do not like. I think 98% of my clothes are Chico's clothes. I love the styles and all the colors. Right now I am between a
1 1/2 and a 2. I have been losing weight and I have to actually try the clothes on before I buy. I LOVE Chico's."
