"I purchased a Sharp LC-65SE94U. Customer Service is definitely a full 10, outstanding. I have never purchased either online or in person from anyone who calls to check up to ensure that all are working fine. I called Chris once to get an advice, he directed me on what to do which helped. After I have resolved my issues with Sharp, I didn't bother to call back Chris to tell him. So, my bad. However, 4 months later, I received a call from Chris and left a voice mail asking my situation, whether I am still having issues. Again, I didn't call back. I receive another call from Ron Todys yesterday, 08/12/2009, and he is calling for Chris to ask me if I am good with the TV. These folks are outstanding. I will definitely recommend them. Although, the price is a little high than others, I do believe that it is well worth it from the Customer Service standpoint. This is extremely hard to find, in person and most especially online.
