I tried purchasing one of these TVs from a NY camera shop but all I got was excuses from them about delayed shipping, or they couldn't ship because their merchandise was damaged. This seems to be all BS used over and over again by them. Their reviews stink on Reseller Reviews but they seem to be bought and paid for on Ebay. They won't refund unless you agree to give them a good feedback. What CRAP! Cleveland Plasma rules in my book."

"Have been looking for a flat panel tv for some time. Finally settled on the Panasonic 50" G10. While researching the plasma on the AVS Forum, I noticed how many people were pleased with their purchase form Cleveland Plasma. So I decided to give Chris at Cleveland Plasma a call. He answered my many questions during several calls but one of his answers stuck in my mind. He will be there for not just pre-sale questions but for all the questions I might have after the sale is over with. Even months to years from now he will be able to help with problems that might arise. I made the purchase on a Wed and got it on Fri. Not only was my delivery quick but the delivery guy was very helpful. He helped me carry the plasma to my second floor apt. and also helped me install the stand, connect and turn on the tv. "I have never felt the need to post a review of a vendor online, but it is my true pleasure to do so on behalf of Chris and his firm, Cleveland Plasma. Not to do so would be a disservice to anyone seeking to buy from a truly reputable, conscientious, firm that actually does believe in customer service and actually does practice it.

I recently purchased a Sharp 65SE94U AQUOS TV from Chris. Prior to purchasing such a large and costly item, I obtained price quotes online and then researched the reputation of the vendors through the Better Business Bureau and Reseller Ratings. When I saw that the Cleveland Plasma (aka Extreme Electronics) ratings and comments at both sites were superb and the best I had ever seen on a vendor, I cynically figured that something must be faked, no firm could consistently be rated this good.

But all the excellent comments are absolutely true. Chris really is as good as the ratings indicate. Before purchasing, I called Chris and spoke with him directly. Every question I had was answered truthfully. His price was close, but he could not match a competitor’s lower price because it just wasn’t financially possible. Was the 65SE94U in stock? …placed on hold, he was back in a minute indicating that 2 remained. Could I receive it within 3 days?...it would be an additional charge, he would do everything possible, but he could not absolutely be positive this could be done since I was cross country and calling late in the day and he wanted me to understand this up front.

In fact the 65SE94U set did arrive in three days. Prior to its arrival I received detailed instructions from Chris on how to check for shipping damages and what to put on the shipping papers to protect and to insure one self in case a set was damaged during transit. The shipping firm Chris used contacted me by phone or by email everyday while the set was in transit. Never once did I have to contact anybody to find out where things stood.

I don’t know if it is because Chris is a small firm, but seldom does anybody take the time to provide this type of service anymore.

I assure you, order from Chris and Cleveland Plasma and you will not be disappointed. By far and away, one of the best experiences I have had purchasing online. And if you are cynical about all the positive reviews like I originally was, do yourself a favor and give Chris a call. He does business the old fashioned way and again, you won’t be disappointed.
