I called Chris and he was more than helpful with explaining their policies and shipping process. This would be the first time buying a TV online, but now after this experience, I can't go back to instore.

The package arrived just when expected, the moving company was very professional and after opening product, not a scratch or defect in site. I have had the Plasma for about a month and it's working fine.

"Ordered the New Samsung UN-46B7100 which replaces the LN46A950. The delvery was very quick and handling was done without any problems. I was able to set the unit up easily and am impressed with the quality. It will take some getting used to this over the old 32" set that I watched for years. The set is amazingly thin at just 1 1/5". I plan to mount this on the wall in the next couple of days, but was too impatient and will use the base mount first (it's hocky tournament time in Minnesota!). I recommend this set AND Cleveland Plasma-Extreme Electronics to anyone. Chris M. works hard to assure that the customer is taken care of and satisfied. "I was nervous about ordering such an expensive unit (Panasonic 65PZ850u) online, but I had seen so many positive ratings on Cleveland Plasma that it seemed like a reasonable decision. From the moment I placed the order I started getting emails concerning the process (invoice copy, delivery company notification, tracking information). I called the delivery company and they offered a number of days when they could deliver the unit. They needed me to be home as it is necessary to unpack and inspect the unit as part of the delivery process. The delivery came right on time on the 5th business day after the order was placed. The guys brought the unit in, unpacked it, plugged it in, and made sure it was perfect (which it was). Unfortunately I hadn't put my wall mount on the wall yet, as they wanted to put it up onto the bracket for me. Learn from my error. They then took all the packing and the box away. They even took away my old 60" rear projector TV that I was wondering how I would get rid of. All in all I can't say enough positive about my experience with Cleveland Plasma. They are top rate and I will certainly continue to use them in the future. Five out of five stars from me."

The only reason I am saying this because I got scammed before online big time and I had to get a lawyer. I read reviews about Chris from Cleveland Plasma, all of the reviews were good, no negatives. So I ordered a plasma on Friday and called on Saturday to find out what was going on with my order. I got Chris, he told me he got my order and that he was going to call me on Monday. Well it was Saturday, so I talk to him about my plasma TV that I ordered and he told me that he was out of stock of that model. I asked more question and I decided on getting the top of the line Panasonic TH-50PZ850U. Chris was very helpful. He even took care of my delivery problem that I had. The delivery company called me and told me that they couldn't deliver on the day that I scheduled. I told them, that I traded work with an employee, so I can be home for the delivery, of course those people didn't care. Well I called Chris and told him what was going on, he told me that there might be delays, and then he told me that he will call me back. He called the delivery company, and called me back saying that my delivery was on schedule, on time. I was happy to hear that. The only reason I am writing this, is because the service Chris provided for me was outstanding. "Ordered our Panasonic TH58PZ800U Plasma TV with some hesitation. Not about the product, but about the whole online process. (OK, maybe a little about the TV, because sometimes what experts say creates expectations that the actual product can not/does not meet.) Have never ordered any big ticket item online before but two of our friends did recently, so that helped the confidence factor a bit. Poured through all the comments related to any company that had a good price on the TV. The comments on Cleveland Plasma were all solidly positive and that, combined with their price on the unit, made them our first choice. Spoke with Chris at Cleveland Plasma several times to get a better feel of things. Bottom line-Everything exceeded expectations. Everything Chris outlined in the process went as outlined in the process. The scheduling, shipping and delivery with Manna and their local service was seamless. Everyone I dealt with, starting with Chris, was knowledgeable and went the extra step and it was much appreciated. "I could have purchased my 58PZ800U from Amazon.com for 3.5 percent less but after checking out Chris here and on the AVS Science forum and talking to him on the phone, I decided it was worth paying a little bit more to buy from someone who would be there if there was a problem.

I ordered from Chris on a Sunday and received my television in perfect shape by Saturday. The TV would have arrived Thursday for some inexplicable reason it traveled from New Jersey to Washington, D.C. (my locale) only to hop a plane to Columbus, Ohio before being sent back out my way in time for a Friday delivery. I was unavailable Friday so they delivered Saturday morning for no additional charge and showed up at the start of the four hour delivery window.

Chances are I would've been fine ordering from Amazon (and I mean Amazon, not one of their sketchy resellers). Had the savings Amazon offered been greater, I probably would've gone with them.

But if Cleveland Plasma has what you are looking for at the price you are willing to pay, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them.
