Chris was a true professional, and while he provided great advice and help on the TV I wanted, he didn't aggressively try to push unneeded accessories I didn't need/want. I ordered a Samsung PN63B590 (63" Plasma), and Cleveland Plasma easily had the lowest price by far among the usual internet retailers (Amazon, NewEgg, One Call, too many more to name, etc). The TV shipped on a Friday and was @ my door on the following Tuesday afternoon. The TV arrived in pristine condition, and works flawlessly. "I have read about Chris Majoros and Cleveland Plasma on the AV Science Forum for nearly two years. Our 10 year old 61" rear projection TV unfortunately died but I knew exactly where to search for my replacement TV. While my first choice was out of my budget (Panasonic PZ850 65"), Chris was instrumental in helping me decide on the new Samsung PN63B550 that we could not find or audition locally. I would typically NOT purchase something this expensive without seeing it but after much reading and lots of phone conversations with Chris (who is available nearly 24 X 7), I was able to firm up my decision. Also purchased a Sanus CFV69 Lowboy stand at a great price.
