"Ordering an expensive 50" HDTV from an internet based seller/broker (Adjectives: Apprehensive, cautious, wary, careful, painstaking...). After running across the name Cleveland Plasma in a forum with many glowing comments I made the decision to call (Chris) and talked through the process of buying and receiving the unit I purchased. Being from the Cleveland area myself made me a little more comfortable making this purchase because his location (office/building) is only 10 miles away. Chris said I could either pick up the unit from his location or have it delivered. After having it delivered through Manna Distribution Services (very good too), I went through the process Chris conveyed to me through an Email and everything went smoothly.

Purchase Price was very competitive at the time of purchase, and both Cleveland Plasma (Chris) and Manna did a great job delivering the product.

"Cleveland Plasma/Extreme Electronics is by far the best Internet shopping experience that I have encountered, ever! I purchased a Panasonic TH-50PZ800U at a very competitive price, this TV is incredible; from the day I ordered it to the day of delivery was only six business days, in plenty of time for the Super Bowl, life is good. When the set arrived the box had a hole in it and upon opening the box, while the driver waited, we discovered there was a scratch across the screen. Called Chris immediately, refused delivery and sent my front row ticket to XLIII back, life sometimes is not so good. Within an hour I get a phone call from Chris he’s arranged for another to be shipped; then I get a call from the shipping company whom I give my story of woe to. Guess what? Latter that day I find out they are air shipping another set FedEx to Pittsburgh; it is coming the Friday before the big game. Big sigh, life is very good. Friday afternoon we’re notified the FedEx hub in Memphis is experiencing long delays due to ice and fog. Delivery will be Monday. This cannot be happening! After a few frantic phone calls we are given hope, they will try to get it out Friday evening. Waiting, checking the FedEx website, finally it’s in the ‘burgh. We call FedEx and it will be delivered on Saturday; visions of Steelers danced in my head… Saturday the set was delivered in perfect condition. The rest is history. Bottom line, Chris does not quit, he stays with you and does everything he can to make it right (when the road gets a little bumpy and it sometimes does, is the best time to have this guy on your side), they have excellent pricing, there is no pressure to up-sell, they are knowledgeable, they’ve got top-notch alliances, they work very hard to exceed your expectations, they know how they systems works, and he and his staff make it work for you. Life is excellent.

Outstanding performance from an outstanding organization.

P.S. There were lower prices out there but upon doing some research into the business practices and reading the horror stories from those who tried to do business with these low discount sites, there was no way I was going to spend this kind of money, only to end up frustrated, disillusioned and perhaps poorer.

"Chris (Cleveland Plasma) was a joy to work with; was very informative, helpful & a good negotiator. He was easily accessible. I even made contact with him when the delivery truck arrived just to make sure the acceptance procedure went without a hitch... & it did!..

The TV is fantastic. Though bought site unseen, it was just as I expected & works great so far! :)

Highly recommended place to do business with. :)

"I was nervous about making such a big purchase online(Panasonic TH-50PZ800U)but after reading the reviews and seeing that Chris is a frequent contributor to the AVS forums and has a LOT of respect there and when you call Cleveland Plasma he actually answers the phone, try that from one of those camera shops...it made my decision really easy. Top notch all the way, this guy is there for you, will definitely not hesitate to buy a high ticket item from him again and he had the best price to boot! Thanks!"

"I was pretty uncomfortable with making a large purchase online, but Cleveland Plasma had great prices and Chris Majoros was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to take a chance and ordered a 58" plasma TV. My unit arrived even before I was expecting it and in perfect condition. "Cleveland Plasma personel were friendly and informative. Received 58" plasma TV across country in only 5 days. Saved hundreds off local pricing. I experienced no hold time on my numerous initial calls and appreciate the extended hours of operation. I would definitely reccomend this vendor.

"I purchased a Panasonic Blu Ray DVD player (DMP-BD35K) for Christmas and since it was only 6 days before Christmas I reolved myself to the fact I would be wrapping an IOU instead of the gift.

I was EXTREMELY happy when Chris emailed me to say he was getting it in the mail priority and it would arrive before Christmas!

Fantastic communication, no delays and exactly the kind of customer service that I would highly reccomend to anyone looking for an electronics product or retailer.

"Cleveland Plasma has been an absolute pleasure to deal with when I ordering my Sharp LC-65SE94U LCD display. "Where else can you phone a company, talk to live people without playing 20 questions to a recorded message system. You get cell phone number, office number, e-mail address and fax number. Talk about customer focus.

Since this was a gift I wanted all messages to go to me (in Fl) but the product to go to VA.
They did what I ask with out hesitation.

Great place to do business with. They do what they say, deliver a product, deal with good shipping companies and give a fare price.

Will do business with them in the future.

"I bought a Pioneer Kuro PDP-5020FD with a free Pioneer Blu-Ray BDP-51FD player. I placed the order on Saturday afternoon and I received a call on the following Friday to schedule delivery on Monday. Since the shipping warehouse was only 9 miles from my house I asked if I could pick it up the same day and they said I could, so I did. In other words I got the TV 5 business days after ordering, pretty good in my opinion. The boxes were strapped to a palette and were in perfect condition; the contents were in perfect condition as well.

I'm highly satisfied. I don't think anyone else could have sold me that TV and BD player for that cheap and gotten it to me in under a week. If I had bought from Best Buy I would have paid $900 more.

I'll definitely check with Cleveland Plasma when it's time to buy a new TV!

"Chris and Cleveland Plasma could not have been more helpful purchasing a Panasonic TH65PZ850U 65 inch plasma TV. Available 24/7, this online purchase was easy and confusion free. I would unquestionably do business with Chris again. The shipping company "Manna Freight" arrainged a time and date for delivery and it arrived without a scratch. They were very patient while I unboxed it and inspected it in there presence. This will go down as the happiest Christmas on record. Thank you Chris!

"I consider myself to be a savvy online buyer and buy lot of things online. During all this time, I have experienced all the good and bad that comes with buying online. However, I can say this without any hesitation that my experience with Cleveland Plasma was the best, ever.

Buying a 58" plasma TV is not only an expensive commitment but also very hard to decide which plasma is better suited for your needs. Also, there are so many technical questions that it would give headache to even a very tech oriented person. This is where Chris and Cleveland plasma shine! You can call them or email anytime and ask any question you might have. They are there to help you whether you are a strong "sell" for them or not. Their attitude first is to empower the buyer with all the information and they never seem to worry about whether this call/email will translate into a sale for them or not. I just wish there were more "Chris" out there. The big box electronic retailers can definitely take a page from him.

Cleveland Plasma's service just doesn't end after sale. They are there for you if you have any question whether it's set-up related or configuring your TV with your home theater system. They truly love what they do as it is evident by the knowledge they possess about the merchandise they are selling.

I would highly recommend anyone in the market for any electronic item to definitely give them a shout. You are never obligated or pressured to buy anything. And did I forget to mention that they have the best price online. Don't believe me? Try it yourself. By the way, if the online price doesn't seem right then don't be shy about calling them and saying so. You would be surprised! I was.

"Chris provides good service at a good price. I've ordered two large screen Samsung LCD TVs over the past 45 days. I was so pleased with the TV I purchased and the value that I ordered again. Before considering buying out of state, see what Chris can do. The peace of mind that your TV will arrive in one piece and you have recourse is worth it. He also offeres extended warranties which are thorough but much cheaper than those peddled by the online retailers.
