"This is by far, hands down.... the BEST INTERNET STORE on the net!! Chris doesn't mess around with the BS "call to confirm your order" run-around. If you've ever ordered from any of these other online electronics merchants, then you know what I'm talking about. If you do happen to call-in your order with Chris....there is NO high pressure sales to try to get you to buy things you don't need. And if Chris does offer you something you don't think you need, a simple no thank you will do.

As far as my purchase. I bought a Panasonic 50" Plasma TV model TH-50PZ750U. The best price I could find was through Chris at Cleveland Plasma. The TV arrived in perfect condition in about a week from my order date. My only gripe was with the frieght company(not Cleveland Plama). The TV arrived at my local truck dock two days before I actually took delivery. I had to pick it up with my personal pick-up truck because the shipping company told me they weren't sending a truck in my direction for another four days, and seeing I had to be there to inspect the TV before I signed for it, I couldn't take that day off of work just to be there to inspect and sign for the TV. So today (one of my days off) I went and picked it up(at the local truck dock). I opening it and checked it out right there on the dock, then they helped me load it on my truck. As soon as I got it in my house I plugged it in to make sure it powered up. You must do this due to the fact you only have 24hrs before the shipping company's insurance runs out, so if the unit is damaged or doesn't power up you can call Chris and have another unit on its way. Chris also requests that you follow this inspection process to a "T". This really didn't bother my seeing the price I got the TV for.

So overall I would say I had a very satisfactory experience with Cleveland Plasma. They REALLY ARE THE BEST ELECTRONICS INTERNET MERCHANT!! "
