"These are very nice people to deal with. I was pretty nervous after trying unsuccessfully twice to buy a 52 inch Sony XBR4 LCD TV from other Internet sellers. Three things about my buying experience with them made me uneasy initially but everything turned out to be fine. First, their invoices say Extreme Electronics rather than Cleveland Plasma. Second they charged my credit card immediately. Third, I never got a tracking number. However the set arrived in seven days; it was delivered gently and tested before the drivers left; and I have ten days to verify that the set is actually working as it should.

Apparently, their supplier is a nationwide chain with a wholesale business on the side. The set was delivered from a local warehouse and there was no tracking number. After initially being told that I would get a tracking number by the sales person, when I called back to inquire about it, Chris told me that I would not get a tracking number but would be called the day before delivery and gave me the expected delivery date. Both were right on.

I would buy again from them without hesitation."

"I was in the market for the Panasonic TH-65PZ750U and was looking for a good
deal but I am well aware that the best deals out there are not always real
deals. Taking this into consideration I had to find a legitimate dealer with
good customer support along with flexible hours as I am a Canadian resident
and needed to pick up the unit on the weekend. That is when I found
Cleveland Plasma. Excellent price, flawless service, and flexible hours. I
made it home okay with the new plasma but, we went through 1 snow storm
(small ) and rain. The plastic blew off before I hit the New York State
line, the box was a bit wet when we arrived. Next time for the $5, I would
recommend a tarp:) Have several people now interested in doing the same, I
will be in contact with you.
