"I want to let everyone know that I purchased a Panasonic TH-58PZ700U television from Cleveland Plasma (Extreme Electronics, LLC) recently and they are the BEST to deal with. I had concerns about servicing the television by purchasing from someone not it my area and Chris (he's actually the owner) had me call Panasonic service directly before I actually placed my order to ask them any questions that I had about service. I immediately called Panasonic and after they answered all of my questions....they were extremely polite and informative btw....I called Chris back to place the order. While placing my order I asked Chris about how the freight works and he was very thorough in describing what to expect and how to track my order. All communication with Chris, via email or by phone was excellent. Even after the television was delivered, Chris was very professional and curtious. He definately won me over as a customer. "I'm not new to purchasing over the internet. I like to deal with someone I can eventually speak to by phone if needed. When I finally had to call Extreme Electronics, LLC because they looked like the best deal for the product I needed, I was lucky enough to speak to a young man named Dale (I finally rememered his name). His knowledge of their products helped me purchase not only my flat panel, but ended up with a great deal on a receiver too.

It arrived within 6 days to my Florida home (delivered to my livingroom, of course I had to help the driver, that is required)
