"Another China merch scam. Tracking is useless and my package never arrived!"
"China has done it to us Americans again. A Chinese company bought all inventory and rights to Coldwater Creek and are trying to sell off the inventory direct from China. The merchandise gets lost in the never ending slow boat from china and they blame the USPS as they are the last in line for delivery to customer. I was told to go ask neighbors and look around my neighborhood for my package - that may work in China; but, not in the US. I guess the Chinese will have use of my $24.00 sale prices and I will be looking for a new favorite clothier. "
"Bought over $400 worth of items 7/1/22 and returned approx. $215 worth using their return label which was received by them on 8/3/22. Still waiting for my refund which hasn't even been processed. I called on 8/24 to inquire about the refund and was told they will need to do an expedited processing. It's 9/9/22 and I called again since I still am waiting for the refund. Told it should hit my CC account within the next 5 business days (45 days after actual receipt of the merch. Seems they hold onto your returns and don't refund in a timely manner.
My work wardrobe until 5-6 years ago was Coldwater Creek. Since they changed the company their product quality has gone down and now this hassle with refunds where they hold onto your money - I will not be ordering from them again! What a scam! Nothing like the old ColdWater Creek!!"
"I neede to return an item that was too small. I received nothing in my package as to the return procedure nor was I able to find anything on the website. I tried calling and receiving messages to call during normal hours which is what I did. I feel very unsure about this company and will not order anything further. "
"Coldwater creek looks all classy but the three linen pieces- two “big” shirts ( short and boxy both although supposedly different) and pants are cheap looking and feeling. Honestly here in Florida you can get better linen in Walmart. Don’t be fool d by high prices ( for online) and gloss. Very chintzy. One of joys of nobody looking you in the eye. Bought a Tercel tunic in fall that was cute but these summer clothes are poorly designed and of highly inferior “linen”. "
"Some weeks ago I ordered the red chenille Christmas sweater and received a beige jacket instead. I phoned CC and was sent the correct sweater. On 12/2/19, I ordered 3 sweaters. I received someone elses order once again and no sweaters. I talked to someone at CC and they refunded the $ for the red sweater I already have.!! I no longer want the 3 sweaters as this is sooo difficult.
May I just have the difference between my orders refunded?

"The ordering process was a nightmare.
Then after several hours of trying ; I finally got an order number.
But received no confirmation of order after that. After a few days called customer service who hadn’t heard of my order stated system was down and to call next week. A few days later I found acknowledgement of it being tracked. But Inoticed they had typed in my billing zip code on my shipping address. So, I typed in a correction and sent it to them.
Then a week later I get a notice that the package arrived at the wrong zip code and was immediately in the process of being mailed back to the warehouse. Only to find out the black tunic I ordered will be sold to someone else because it is out of stock. This is a common occurrence, I found out in the Better Business Bureau reviews on Cold water Creek. Maybe my little 300 + dollars is a drop in the bucket for them; and I am inconsequential. They lost a good customer!"
"I love the Coldwater Creek clothing but I purchased a Linen Big Shirt and it was too large and I did not care for the color. I followed the return instructions , tracked my return package and within 5 days it was at the return destination. On the same day the package was received I had a refund on my credit card. Since I was unsure when my refund would be posted, I sent an email asking that question and received a prompt, courteous reply. The refund and my inquiry had crossed paths. My experience with the company has been a positive one."
"I loved these pants, but they were way too big (in my usual size), so I sent them back requesting --on their exchange form-- a smaller size. When I heard nothing for 10 days, I called and was told they couldn't tell me if they'd received the pants, they couldn't tell me if they would replace the pants, because "that's the warehouse," and they wouldn't email me if they did....I would have to call or email them if I wanted information. I subsequently emailed twice asking if my return had been received and my pants would be replaced. No response. So I called, again, after waiting almost three weeks for the smaller pants. I was just told my purchase price had been credited to my credit card (it hasn't been) because that's what I requested. That is not what I requested. I wanted the pants. It still want the pants, but apparently can't have them. (He also told me I ordered by phone, when I actually ordered online.) Customer service is totally incompetent. I've bought Coldwater Creek clothes for decades, in stores when that was available, and online. Never again. And they were such pretty pants."
"I called to place my order for the Endless Circles Necklace and also bought the Dover Red Polar Fleece Jacket and the Happy
Together Convertible Scarf. Have absolutely no idea how this much material can possibly be used as a scarf, but as a cover up it is quite stunning. The color is a deeper blue that it looked in the catalog but it is very nice. Dress it up or down. I bought the Necklace to wear to a wedding. Love all three things. We are having a huge heat wave so wearing the jacked will have to wait. But the color is beautiful and the fleece quite heavy. Think it will do well down to about 25 degrees with a sweater under it. The gal I talked to when I called was great and very helpful. I could not get CC's computer to accept my phone number and I tried it every way possible. Finally gave up with an online purchase and went to a real live helpful, gracious person. There is nothing like a personal touch. Any purchases in the future will start with a phone call."
"I received what I thought was my order but when I opened the package, instead of the 4 tops and 1 jeans I ordered the package contained 2 size 4P jeans - not my size! I called customer service immediately and was told they would have to investigate and someone would call back in 5-7 days. They told me not to return the wrong items until someone contacted me. After further thought on the matter I decided to send a followup email. No response to the email after two days, so I called customer service again. I was told that I had to return the wrong items before they would issue a refund even thought this is in no way my fault. Yes, my credit card was charge $263.80! I have none of my order and who knows how long it will take to get my money back. Is this company a fraud, running a scam?????"
"Beware! They charge you immediately for items ordered, and you will not receive them for 2 weeks. Would not cancel an order the same day I ordered it, and 10 days later I still have not received it. Obviously it was no where near being shipped. I can’t even imagine how long it will take to get a refund! Years? This place is pathetic. "
"I should have read the returns policy before ever purchasing anything from Coldwater Creek. Since we have two retail stores here in Tucson, I just assumed I could return to a store. So I was VERY UNPLEASANTLY SURPRISED to hear that I would have to mail the items back.
In addition, all 3 dresses I ordered, which looked very nice in the online photos, were frumpy. There is no other word this 75-year old grandma would use to describe them!

"I have not ordered from Coldwater in many years and should have paid heed to the customer service warnings. I have note received my order after 3 weeks and company will not respond to email messages. When called they said they can only help once an item is delivered. How in the world does that work? then they stated that i need to trace the item, it isn't their responsibility. I asked to speak to a manger- he "was not available." They did say they would trace the package ($350 items worth) but i will not order from there again."
"Obtained a Coldwater Creek credit card towards the end of last year. On the only 2 occasions that I tried to order after obtaining their card, their website would not allow me to put the order through. When I called the number listed on their website, I ended up speaking to someone at an answering service, not from Coldwater Creek. The answering service will take your order, but the discounts listed on the website are not credited. I have reported the website issues to Coldwater Creek’s answering service. Nothing has been done. I think their website is rigged, forcing would be buyers to call the answering service in order to be able to place an order. I tried to place an order for 3 sweaters on their website on 1/28/18. My total amount, including discounts, came to under $90. Nice sale you would think. Well, I placed the order through their answering service and ended up paying over $113 even though I was told I was getting almost $50 off. My math didn’t add up to theirs. Mind you, math has always been one of my favorite subjects. No more Coldwater “Creeps” for me.
