"I ordered a bed frame and nightstand at over $900 in August of 2020. 9 months later in May of 2021 I still do not have my furniture. We were willing to be patient due to Covid complications but this has gotten ridiculous. They finally shipped my product and I got a call from their delivery people with a date that they did not show up to. I contacted Coleman and they gave me a phone number to the delivery people. I called twice and went to voicemail. The voicemail was full and I could not leave a message. I reached back out to Coleman and they told me they would escalate the delivery and I would hear from someone right away. It has been a week and I have not heard from anyone nor have I gotten my furniture. I contacted their help team and once again was only told it was escalated and they can give me no more information. Except that if I wish to cancel I will be charged a 15% fee for their mess ups.

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR FURNITURE DELIVERED. If you enjoy flushing your money down the toilet, then this is a great company.
