"I am so upset with this company as I have purchased a $2,400 outside furniture set and there was a missing back cushion on delivery. I reached out to the delivery service and Coleman Furniture and they did not do anything about it. I would not recommend them at all if you are looking at buying furniture. If something is missing in your order, they will not replace it! "
"I had ordered the wrong height stools by mistake. I immediately noticed my mistake the same day I ordered them & attempted to cancel. To my surprise the order was shipped out the same day! Normally this would have been delightful, however this posed a bit of a problem trying to have them shipped back without paying an additional cost. Initially customer service gave me their standard response regarding their return policy and wasn't offering much to resolve the issue. However, after further explaining the issue and my request for them to assist with shipping the items back so I could re-order the correct ones, they came through and properly handled the situation. I always feel that it is important to treat people with respect no matter how upset you may be which is how I conducted myself. I will say the customer service team also did the same. Although we didn't see eye to eye initially, we were able to come to a resolution that I was satisfied with. I would also like to mention the stools I received were beautiful & great quality. I have reordered the correct ones and can't wait to receive them. Thank you! "
