"The chair I chose was on back order and I received regular email updates with the status. Once the chair arrived it had a caster broke off due to shipping. As soon as I emailed, I received an immediate response from Cyra and regular updates again.
Today the replacement caster arrived, I popped it on and I absolutely love my chair!
Wonderful product, excellent customer service and Cyra was so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping with Coleman Furniture and will do again myself.

"In Dec 2021, after approximately 2 1/2 yrs., the switch or motor (we did not know which one at the time) stopped working on our leather sofa recliner. Coleman customer service was contacted and informed us the furniture was no longer under warranty. We were instructed to contact Furniture Solutions Network (FSN) to purchase parts and obtain repair. FSN stated they do not sell parts to consumers and pointed us back to Coleman. After reaching out to you several times, you stated you do not sell parts and wondered why FSN pointed us back to you; obviously detecting we were getting the runaround, we were told you would see what you could do. After several emails, we were instructed to forward proof of the furniture receipt, photo's, and a short video detailing the issue. Per your support team's investigation (Anne B & Ciara) they were able to send parts at no cost, including shipping. Upon receipt of the parts, we paid a deposit and made an appointment with FSN with the earliest date being in Feb 2022. The FSN tech came out, the situation was assessed within a few minutes. (it was the switch) The tech was very thorough and professional. Thank goodness to your support team we had the parts! We are seniors and this sofa "journey" was very tough for us. Even though it took a while, your support team handled and resolved our issue professionally and courteously. Thank you to all involved, especially Anne B and Ciara!

"Well, I just purchased a chair that I was looking for, hopefully, things work out as I expect them to.
As far as interaction with Coleman furniture there really wasn't any, I have had the same type of chair for 20 plus years (not the same one but 2 different ones) so I knew what I wanted and did a search and they came up with the chair that I wanted. But this is the first time buying something kinda with blind faith as I did not go to a store and purchase, touch, and feel.

I reached out to the delivery service and Coleman Furniture and they did not do anything about it. I would not recommend them at all if you are looking at buying furniture. If something is missing in your order, they will not replace it! "
"I had ordered the wrong height stools by mistake. I immediately noticed my mistake the same day I ordered them & attempted to cancel. To my surprise the order was shipped out the same day! Normally this would have been delightful, however this posed a bit of a problem trying to have them shipped back without paying an additional cost. Initially customer service gave me their standard response regarding their return policy and wasn't offering much to resolve the issue. However, after further explaining the issue and my request for them to assist with shipping the items back so I could re-order the correct ones, they came through and properly handled the situation. I always feel that it is important to treat people with respect no matter how upset you may be which is how I conducted myself. I will say the customer service team also did the same. Although we didn't see eye to eye initially, we were able to come to a resolution that I was satisfied with. I would also like to mention the stools I received were beautiful & great quality. I have reordered the correct ones and can't wait to receive them. Thank you! "
