"I ordered the HOMEDICS MCS-700H, Chair Massager approximately one week ago. The product is rather poor. The back massager seems to be off-center and rides up your spine (actually painful). When you adjust the massager, it no longer runs it's program but stays in one location. The neck massager is rather weak and the position is too high (base of the cranium), it is adjustable though. Overall is it worth the nearly $200 dollar price? No, the product is poorly thought out and far too expensive."

"I ordered a pair of Sony floorstanding speakers from Compsource. They arrived damaged-- each speaker has four plastic foot pads, and one of them was snapped off. Since I had ordered an identical set of these from another retailer last year, I knew what the difference was: the other store had shipped the same speaker box with stiff angled cardboard pieces zip-tied to all the edges, better protecting the contents. Compsource didn't, and they got damaged. I contacted service via email to see about replacement parts and/or a price adjustment. It took 3 business days to get a response, but they were helpful on both fronts-- directing me to Sony for the part and offering $10 off the price. I emailed my approval back ten days ago, but haven't seen the $10 credited back to me yet. If it comes through, they'll have handled this well. If they forget, I'll be shopping elsewhere.
