They didn't contact me, just sent me a tracking number that clearly shows that it was just shipped today, and the package will arrive in 1 week, making it a total of 3 weeks waiting! It's like they forgot about my order and would not have shipped it unless I contacted them about it."

"I chose this company because they have reasonably good customer reviews. That was a mistake. I wanted to phone in the order because it was for a large item ($1000 scanner). The rep that placed the order was helpful but a week later I discovered that he charged me $77 more on my invoice than he told me on the phone. Be forewarned! Do yourself a favor and record your phone calls with this company or something because they won't tell you everything you need to hear. I tried to resolve it with customer service and they were trying to skirt around tax on it instead of just doing the right thing. Oh well, I'll never do business with them again."
"I ordered a scanner from them on a Wednesday around 3:00 PM. Shipping was free so I just ordered standard ground shipping. I received the scanner the next morning by Fedex ground. They only had to ship it one state away, but I was very impressed that they had it packaged up and shipped out the door to me within 2 hours of my order."
"Company offered the Antec NSK-6500 computer case for $100.00 with free shipping. Web page indicated out of stock but will ship in one to three days. Today is the 27th of May - still no case delivered - they charged my card on 7 April.
Checked a week after the original order and was told item would ship in a day or two from their Georgia warehouse. Checked ten days later and was told item would ship from their Georgia warehouse in a day or two. After a month, and noticing that a number of online vendors were offering the case as pre-orders, I checked with Antec and was told the case had not been released from Antec as of the date of my inquiry. Waited another week and checked with Antec again and was told they expected the first "container" to arrive in port in Fremont, CA the week of 12 June. Day before yesterday, I e-mailed CompSource about my order and they replied e-mail that the item would ship from thier Georgia warehouse in a day or two.
They are blatantly dishonest. Inexcusably devious. There should be some way to warn people away from such online vendors. I note that NewEgg hasn't even mentioned this case on its website, Probably because they knew the product was not available. I will never again try to order a product if I don't see it on the NewEgg web store. Judging by the experience of others with CompSource I've opted to not to attempt to cancel and get a refund. I will wait them out. Once Antec has the product on these shores, I will give CompSource 15 days to get the product to me. If they still have not come through. They will hear from my Credit Union and the Ohio Attorney General."

"CompSource had a great price $1600 on a $2500 usually-priced 40 inch LCD. Order went through, got confirmation,etc. Checked website again 30 minutes later to ensure $1600 price and it was changed to $2550. I had to call THEM to ensure the price and of course they said "we can't sell it to you for THAT price." I commented of bait-and-switch and they of course said no. I have read THREE other recent happenings with this store of similar fate. I demanded an email confirmation that my order was cancelled and credit card NOT CHARGED (maybe they just want to get CC numbers ??). This is a ridiculous ploy to see "demand" for price variation or actual bait-and-switch. Ohio State Attourney General's office WILL be notified. RUN AWAY from this website. Ridiculous."
"I ordered an item from this company which was supposedly in stock according to their sales rep. and their real time online inventory. I was told that the item would ship the same day or the next day because it was in stock and I ordered before 4:30pm EST. A week later I still couldn't access my tracking number on the company website so I had to call customer service; they gave me the tracking number but it was showing as inactive, not even an origination scan. Two weeks later the item still hasn't shown up and the online tracking information shows an "exception". I called the company and told them to cancel my order and to please issue me a credit. I still haven't received my credit and the customer service rep doesn't seem to have any idea what happened with this order. My contention is that it was NEVER shipped because there was never even an origination scan showing that it was picked up from the warehouse. I am disgusted with overall experience I had with this company and will NEVER order anything from them again. Perhaps my bad experience was an isolated incident, but it certainly caused this company to lose a potentially loyal customer. My advice to potential customers: be very cautious in your willingness to deal with this company."
