"I ordered a Samsung XL30 monitor. The price on the web site was $2,767 which at the time was several hundred less than the competition. Soon after I ordered the monitor they raised the price on the web site but honored the lower price. They sent e-mail confirming the order. The order tracking never seemed to work, but a few days later I received an e-mail with a FedEx tracking number and the monitor was going to be delivered the next day. The monitor was new and in good shape and was a recently produced unit with the latest calibrator.

They do not offer returns ( only exchanges ) which is stated when ordering. Great price and no hassles. If you want hand holding this may not be the place for you, but it works for me.

"I like any other thrifty shopper checked out reviews on a site that had, at the time, the lowest price on the laptop i wanted (Asus M50sv-a1) Also, they had the cheapest shipping price for usps priority mail (I am a deployed military member, so this is the only way i can have things shipped to me). The processing was a bit slow, and the sail rep they assigned to me (Jeff) never returned any of my emails, but the RMA dept always returned my questions very quickly and promptly, though not always with the degree of detail to my questions as I'd like.

Overall, not a terrible experience, just a bit unnerving due to the comments of past customers.
