"After looking through a lot of websites through froogle with terrible reviews from buyers posted at resellerratings.com, I found this site with a good review.My company bought an Okidata c9300 printer. The transaction was done on the phone. I was weary at first because the customer service person did not give me an order number, and there was no email confirmation. However, I called back and an equally nice customer service person provided me with the information. The printer had to be shipped from the manufacturer, It came in the time frame promised.
Would not hesitate to buy again from this site.

"Ordered a Bigwater Liquid cooling kit from them since they had the lowest price I could find from a store with high ratings. Got here ASAP after the holiday weekend however the kit appears to have been an older kit and the pump broke after 2 hours of use. RMA'd it and the replacement kit arrived less than one week after the broken kit arrived to them. The customer service person, Kevin, responded to my request for my tracking number and with my RMA invoice within a day and finally I'm enjoying reasonable cpu temps without the loud sound of an 8000 rpm heatsink. Only fault I found with them was the online tracking system didn't work for me."

"Ordered 1MB buffer upgrade for HP LaserJet 4L, received confirmation email immediately. Checked tracking info the next day and it wasn't available; emailed them and received a prompt reply indicating that the product had drop-shipped directly from the supplier (a possibility the website had noted). Product arrived one week later and works fine."

"Buying on the Internet can be scary because you know nothing about the merchant. But as another person said because of great prices at CompSource I had to give them a shot. Everything went very smooth. I was able to find a retail package hard drive for the price I would have paid for an OEM product and it had free shipping to boot! The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the hard drive sits on my counter, but the web site still does not have the tracking info yet. "I placed an order on 3/4/04 and I was told at that time that the item was in stock and would ship the following day. Contacted CompSource by phone 3/10/04 to followup on the order and learned that the product still had not shipped but my credit card was billed the same the day the order was placed. I was informed that by the time my order reached the warehouse the item was no longer in stock. After inquiring further, I was told that CompSource would not have known that the order did not ship had I not contacted them requesting an expected delivery date. To me this does not speak highly of CompSource's concern for their customers or CompSource's ability to track orders and inventory. CompSource billed my credit card eventhough the item I ordered was unavailable.
After speaking with a supervisor I agreed to have the order shippped from a different warehouse. As it stands now I am again waiting to see if my order actually gets shipped.
I can not recommend ordering from a company which will bill my credit card but not ship item I ordered. From my experience ordering from CompSource is nothing but a gamble."

After 2 days of checking their website for shipping info, I emailed them my concern and asked for an update...no response. So I decided to call. After being the "next caller" for about 10 minutes, the system decided to dump me to voicemail. I left a message and no call-back. I did finally get thru and I was told by the surly customer support guy that my order was just entered today and it would ship soon. First off, I entered the order by ordering online and second, 2 days? I guess they define when the "purchase date" is.
