"Comp U Plus has been easily the worst on line sales experience I have ever been unfortunate enough to experience. I am an international customer (Australia) and the store required a wire service transfer in advance( not credit card)which resulted in unnecessary additional cost.It has been three weeks since I placed and paid for this order and despite repeated requests to "customer Service" no one bothered to reply to my queries. My order was eventually shipped 22 days after being placed. I could have manufactured the thing myself in that time!

I ordered an PIONEER 5.8"" DOUBLE DIN FIXED FACE DVD from them and didn't get any email confirmation from them nor
Amazon.com and could not locate my order neither. I thought it was canceled and shop for the same item with a different vendor (audioonline) which sent it to me very quick. Two weeks later I get an email stating the item was shipped and my card was
charged. I contact Comp-U-Plus and told them to cancel because they didn't confirm it earlier. They told me the item was shipped and they could do anything. I never got the item and now they do not want to refund my money until they get the item back
to them which I don't know where it is. I contacted them many times trying to solve this issue but it seems they do not care.
I will never shop from them and I hope you are not too.

"I purchased a 250 gb Simple Tech usb drive.The installation was a snap, just plugged the usb cable into my usb port on my Windows xp driven PC.No power cord was needed.No drivers of any sort was needed, the pc detected it right away. I copied about 6 movies at a time to this drive , everything copied over fine!Didnt bog my system down and downloaded fairly quickly. The drive came with backup software which i have not used yet (didnt really expect it to come with it) . The price was fairly cheap. I recommend this drive to anyone who needs additional Hard drive spaceat a great price. "
