"I totally understand that during holiday season, there maybe some issues in delivery and in order to save an order from being cancelled they made a false promise of being it delivered in 3-4 "business" days which i believed. I haven't received it yet at the time of writing this review (6th day).i called the customer care to let them know the same and the executive was so careless and rude that she put me on hold 2 times and she is in no mood of listening to what a customer is trying to say. i just ask them to be HONEST and POLITE when you are doing business where you are expected to interact with people.i'm not sure if i can ever recommend Comp-u-plus to any of my frens. For an old photo postcard printer, Comp-U-Plus carries the needed printer supplies that is out of production and still at a very reasonable price. The shipping cost was expected and I'm able to continue to use my postcard printer for a period longer (until Sony stops making refills totally).

I paid for overnight delivery and was told I would receive my order by 11/9. I received an email on the day I placed my order telling me that my order was partially shipped with no explanation as to why it was being shipped partial. I did receive half my order the next day and the other half the following day. I contacted someone at your company about the order when I received the first email and was told she would look into it and email me later and I never got that email. I would still recommend your company, just chalked it up as a bad day, we all have them. Just think better communication would have been helpful. "
