"My order was placed on 7/1/2010, and got an e-mail the next day that stated:
"Your order #2300432 was shipped out via USPS Priority on 7/02/2010. We estimate that your package will be delivered between 7/04/2010 and 7/06/2010."
This was an e-mail that specifically said that it included my tracking number. I'm pretty busy most of the time, so I thought little of it considering it was the holiday weekend.
But since the shipping specified the USPS, I assumed that I would get the package on Tuesday, July 6, as the estimate specified, since the mail ran as normal on the 2nd and the 3rd, but not on Monday the 5th, as all government outlets observe Independence Day on the nearest weekday (in this case, Monday the 5th).
Because this previous e-mail specified USPS Priority, I was surprised not to receive the package on the 6th, being 2 day USPS delivery. I gave it until today, the 8th, before I called Customer Care and asked first, why I had not been given an actual tracking number, and also why I had not received the package yet. They said they would "Resend" the e-mail with my tracking number, and ignored the other question. So I shall wait.
So far, I am not satisfied with the speed of my service from this company, and despite the holiday weekend, this package should not have taken six delivery days to get here. Not with "Priority" USPS delivery.
Great price on the Bourne Trilogy on Blu-Ray, if it gets here in one piece and isn't some region-free import. But since it's not here yet, I can't actually give anyone a condition of the package.
Obviously, Reseller Ratings thinks that I should've received my order by now, as well, or they wouldn't be sending me a "follow-up" e-mail to remind me of my willingness to participate here. I tend to agree. I should have been able to watch all three movies before now.
If all is well with the discs, then no harm. But I'm still left feeling a little uneasy about my experience."
"THIS WAS THE WORST ONLINE PURCHASE. I warn everyone about dealing with Comp-U-Plus. First they shipped the wrong product, then they would not ship the right one as requested, finally they gave a partial refund. Entirely their fault and I end up paying cash, and wasting hours of time, all for nothing.
The product they sent did not match their own packing slip. I emailed Comp-U-Plus with a request to return the product and waited 5 days. They never responded. Finally I went on their site to get their telephone number and saw they had an online return process. I filled out the information and completed their instructions to the letter asking for the correct product to be sent. A day later I get a response to my first email asking why I want to return the product (when I already said in my first email). I respond saying I have already shipped it back, because they sent the wrong one, and that I would like the correct one shipped to me.
A few days later I get a message from Google checkout saying that I received a partial refund. Yep that's right, they sent me the wrong product, did not exchange it as requested, and then sent a PARTIAL refund. At this point I am have paid for shipping the product to me and for shipping it back and I have nothing. So I send another message saying that they should refund my full amount or send me the right product. Five days later and no response.
I email them again saying I am going to dispute the order with Google. Finally I get a message from Comp-U-Plus saying they have refunded the original shipping cost to me. Again, they ignore what I asked for: A full refund or the right product. So now I have still paid for shipping the product back to them and I have nothing.
I was in constant contact with Comp-U-Plus and followed all their instructions. They continuously ignored my communication and have still to refund me. It was entirely their fault as the product did not match the packing slip they included.
Even though reply from Comp-U-Plus states I have been refunded I have not. I still had to pay for shipping the product back to them and they would not refund me for that even though it was entirely their fault."
"I have been searching high and low for a particular Suunto watch for sometime and found an amazing price at Comp-U-Plus. I placed the order for the watch and in the early afternoon on a Monday and to my amazement it was on my front porch the very next day when I arrived home! (I only purchased Ground Shipping).
The transaction was flawless. I will definitely be shopping with Comp-U-Plus again in the future. The site is well laid out and they have a great inventory.
Any seller that is that responsive and processing and shipping an out an order for a quality as advertised product is an A+++ in my book.

"Be careful! I ordered a Linksys/Cisco Refurb Wireless-G range expander from Comp-U-Plus. This range expander would not work with my Netgear wireless router. I did a "chat session" with the Linksys/Cisco tech rep and found out that the WRE54G range expander ONLY works with Linksys/Cisco wireless routers. This range expander was prominently featured in one of Comp-U-Plus's e-advertisements. There is nothing in the ad or on the box when received that mentions this singular capability. I notified Comp-U-Plus of this problem, but nothing has been done. They sent me a link to a chart that says it should work....it doesn't. Tried it on an Apple router too....does not work. So unless you have a Linksys/Cisco wireless router, don't buy this item."

"These guys don't care about customer services and communications. I think they don't know these thing are present in this world, they just want to steal your money. I placed my order on 26th march and they went on 7 days vacations on 31 march without placing my order. I opened the dispute on paypal , than they shipped partially (half)order to me without any communication to me.and say rest of the order will place in few days , till today i hvn't any information regarding rest of my order. Three days after I placed the order and paid for the item, I received an email stating the item was "oversold". Comp-U-Plus stated "If you would like to get a different item instead, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request." I asked them to sell me their only comparable part at the sale price of the item I purchased. They ignored my request.
They did not honor the purchase contract, did not communicate in a timely manner, and did not make any attempt follow up on their offer to make it right.
