"I ran across Comp-U-Plus on accident, but luckily for me it was a good accident. Comp-U-Plus was incrediable. All other online resellers should use them as a model e-tailer.
I first researched their prices and overall had good deals. I was disappointed when I was finally ready to place my order (a few days) that some of the prices went up drastically. But I read some reviews from other individuals and decided to call in my order. I called Jeff at x104 (AWESOME GUY!!!) and told him about the rave reviews that he has received from other satisfied customers. He worked me on a few of the prices and on the shipping.
Received order confirmation via email with tracking information. Both packages arrived in the stated time.

"There was no indication on the item page that the drive was an OEM and though the specs were the same the model number I received wasn't the same as the description. The drive was packaged totally bare, just laid in packing peanuts no box or even a plastic bag around it. CompUPlus never bothered to respond when I complained."

"Have mixed feelings about this company. This is my second order. First order, a damaged Antec case arrived. Not sure if the problem was with UPS ground or Comp-U-Plus. Be prepared to wait if damaged goods arrive as arrangements between Comp-U-Plus and the carrier could take a week or longer. Ouch! On the second delivery, all parts arrived within a few days, again UPS ground, in perfect shape. So my experience runs between excellent and Ouch!. I like to give the benefit of the doubt, and would order from them again."
