"A week has passed since my credit card was billed for my order. The order is for over $500 worth of computer equipment, and it was supposed to arrive by 2nd day delivery. The order hasn't shipped yet!! I called customer service on Friday of last week, and they promised to have the order to me by Tuesday. It's Wednesday now, and the order still hasn't shipped-- and my credit card was billed, as stated above. Fortunately, I can put the amount into dispute with the credit card company. Comp-U-Plus is also ignoring all of my e-mails with my order status questions.

I ordered it Tuesday night, it got processed Wednesday, I go it mid-day Friday. So process + 2 day shipping came out to under 3 days total. They're a great site, and I hope to do business with them again. They even said it ships in 1-2 days, and it shipped right away. Their price was great too. "i ordered the TDK 48x\16x\48x usb 2.0 burner from them, everything went good until i got it and it was basically DOA(read a cd only once)when i found out i asked 4 a RMA number i got 1 but i only had 7 days to ruturn it.. 1 day had already went by and i couldnt get it sent off untill monday whcih was like 3 days away... so i called the 800 sales line 2 see if i could get a toll free tech line or if they could put me through.. he was rude and said there was no way.. and he said call TDK and hung up..thats when i emailed them and told them my problem and the phone trouble, they never got back to me.. i just said 4get it,i called TDK and they are sending me a new one in about 7 days never buying from them again"

Support was very prompt in pointing out that deliveries can only be made to billing or approved addresses. "i ordered a TDK CD-R from these guys who are located in NY. I am in chicago and I also paid $15 for shipping that was supposedly 2nd day fedex. So i figured it would get here really fast. i guessed wrong. its now friday and has been 5 days. but now the tracking site says its here for delivery. so i guess ill get it today, but i would have rather paid ground shipping prices for ground delivery. so i am pretty displeased with this. i guess if i get what i wanted itll be ok, but i feel i got ripped off in shipping costs. *update* now its monday and i still dont have it, 6 business days. oh and they use airborne express which is a crappy carrier. i guess if they would have used fedex or ups it woulda went better. i dont think ill order from these guys again just because they use airex, which blows."
