"very very BAD shipping policy. price was good gave me a good deal but still i am waiting for the product. i choose fedex for delivery and paid more that 10 dollar for wireless router still i am frustated with the delivery.
please think twice before placing order and if you need it urgent like me; cant use internet during my final exam time which is ver very frustating.

"I order 3 Intel Wireless WIFI Link MiniPCI Express Wireless 4965AG, where each one weigh maybe and ounce. I was charge $10.26 for FedEx ground shipping. They shipped by USPS which is slower and cheaper. When I order the item there wasn't even an option to ship by mail. This is dishonest and I believed illegal. I was never contact by Compuvest about shipping changes. This is a dishonest Company!12/04/2009 received the items and will send back due to DOA's. Just goes from bad to worse!"

I ordered a printer replacement tray, called to be sure they had it in stock, immediately ordered it based on their having it in stock, and five days later got an e-mail note saying they didn't have it and couldn't get it but could get me a refurbished tray. i ordered a laptop motherboard dv5000.
nextday a huge box shows up at my door and i thought i didnt order this what is it where did it come from , so i opened the box and it was a huge server motherboard with 4 cpu support, so i called them so they could shedule a ups pickup and they lied to me and told me i had to shedule the pickup, they didnt tell me it was a 10 dollar charge, so then they removed the ad no more instock.
i think their saleing what ever to use customers money and mail you a box of rocks then sorry and refund some needs to close these people down f.b.i inspection should be requested

COMTIINUED: to make matters worse i was told it would take 10 days to refund the customers money i ordered the board for and compuvest were advertizeing a board the did not even had."

I ordered a 1gb ram chip for my desktop, to add to my existing 1gb system.
The chip didn't work with my existing ram, so I ordered another matching chip to cure the problem. My system wouldn't boot and after taking to a repair shop, I found the system would work with original chip, but not Compuvest.com chips. Unfortunately, compuvest said they would not accept returns on new opened products, and I was willing to forfeit a 25% restocking fee for each chip, but the return was beyond the 14 day period.
But I felt so much better when compuvest said I could list my chips on ebay.
I will NOT be doing business with Compuvest.com again."

"I ordered 5 RF remote controls. When we received the remotes we found the RF base stations to be missing. I called and explained that the remotes were supposed to include them (as stated on the manufacturer website and documentation) and that a RF remote will not work without the RF base station. They setup an RMA, but still charged me over $100 in restocking fees. I was also charged for shipping both ways.
