"This is was my first time ordering from CompuBuzz, but after checking prices on price watch then reading reviews here, I found it to be the best bet. Their prices were not quite as low as some of the other resellers on pricewatch, but they had a much better rating, and now I know why. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, I called placed the order and it shipped in a timely manner, I recieved my products and they all worked great. Very smooth transaction, I will definately buy from them again."

"I ordered an OEM CPU from Compubuzz and fan. Received the CPU via UPS, but fan was missing. Installed the CPU, but defective (machine does not POST).

Called for RMA # and also asked that fan be shipped as well as a replacement CPU (upon receiving my CPU via UPS).

Received package from compubuzz. Apparently, CPU was not replaced.

CPU Fan: was used, did not come in a box, thermal paste was dried up, scratches visibile all over heat sink.

CPU: The CPU would not fit into the socket on the motherboard. If this is the same CPU I sent them, they obvioulsy tampered with it, although they claimed not to have tested it.

In the end, would not honor refund for a processor that is still under warranty. Currently disputing this fraudulent activity."

"Wow, yet again another encounter with this company and I'm in complete "aww." Don't know what drives this company, it's certainly not the money since their prices are some of the best in the U.S. Ordered a full gaming system, w/ my GEForce 4 ofcourse, for a build that I had, and might it be known at the cheapest price around (yes, I know the all the hotspots to find prices, trust me.) Ordered it on a Tuesday, had it shipped and had it by the end of the week. A full system! Got on the tech line to ask a couple of questions and had the most pleasant experience with A.J. who turns out to be the owner of the company. Now, how many CEO's of corporations actually mingle with their customers? And get this, he knows his stuff! He had been working on computers for over 15 Years. Their rating does not do this company justice, as mentioned by A.J. not to many people come back to say thanks, but they do come back if they've got a problem. The way I look at it is, out of over 30,000 customers, as of today, only 26 people rated their service of which the majority were all happy. Taking into consideration that only about 10 people actually had anything bad to say about them, we all know that when people are frustrated they can do anything. But even if you look at it that way, 10 out of 30,000+ customers and counting? You do the math. I am not a defender of this company, I'm just voicing what I understood with my dealings with this company. Best service, absolutely the best prices, and most importantly good honest people... Compubuzz remains my first choice for all my computer needs. They will most definately be seeing another order of mine in a couple of months. Thanks again compubuzz.com and staff!"

"I ordered 2 cpus, as far was UPS was concerned they were never shipped, the tracking number given was for another product delivered elsewhere. This company would not send me another 2 cpu's or refund my money for 1.5 months until UPS admitted the order was lost.

Very disappointing dealing with a local company. Do not use. "

"I had a legitimate problem with a cpu I got from these people and since they're only about five miles from my work place I drove over there and managed to get an exchange. The guy I spoke to was very nice about everything and very helpful. They didn't have any of my particular cpu in stock so they shipped me a new one for free. All this and the guy said he was losing money selling the cpu in the first place at the price they advertise. This is not hard to believe since their prices are pretty damn good. Well I ended up purchasing a new motherboard also.

I'll definitely do business with these guys again."
