"Ordered a Soyo motherboard - best in-stock price I could find. Shipped the next day. Brand-spanking new. Works great. No problems with this company."
"Product as advertised at a great price. Paid for 2 day shipping on a Friday at 3:30pm, arrived at 10:00am Monday morning. Company is in state but still, these guys aren't lazy. I will buy from again. Thanks ComputerHQ :)"
"ComputerHQ made it easy for me to shop for what I needed at the time. It was quick and painless. I liked the fact that they carry many retail packaging with my order. Other places sale a lot of OEM'S which are often cheaper but lack the original packaging. A worthy place to buy some PC hardware."
"i purchased two usb portable drives (bullet memory cards), and shopped around for prices. i had some questions regarding which version (usb 1? 2?) of memory to get, and was able to reach computerhq's support via aol instant message almost instantly. i then placed the order, and received it within days. i got these since people at work had been experiencing hard drive crashes and i wanted to make sure if (when?) it happens to me i'll be prepared! i had a very good shopping experience with computerhq, and i've recommended the site to one of my colleagues who's looking for portable memory."
"The website and my invoice say "MITSUMI 7 IN ONE CARD READER INTERNAL USB 1.1 FA402A WHITE GREY BULK PACK 20/BOX" My package had ONE DRIVE. Called customer service and was told this was listed at 20/Box because that is how ComputerHQ buys them, but then the open the bulk box and ship them out one at a time. FRAUD! I looked up another Mitsumi floppy on their website listed as 20/box, called customer service and was told the price is per single unit. This is VERY MISLEADING!!! I asked if ComputerHQ would paying shipping if I wanted to RMA the item. Nope. If I return the item at this point, I lose both my original shipping ($11.82 for one floppy!!) AND the return shipping. Won't be buying from ComputerHQ ever again."
"No picture of item I ordered and it was the wrong item. They also charge a restocking fee for returned merchandise. "
"As a first time buyer I placed an order approx. 2:30PM central on June 23 for a Koolance EXOS and 200G block, received the order 10:30 June 24. Fantastic response, items packed well, very good prices. I would not have a problem ordering again."
"I ordered a shuttle computer system, hard drive, processor, and memory on 19 May 03. I received the system, hard drive and processor on the 22nd. I didn't receive the memory until about 5 days later. The system did not power up and all components were tested on a separate system. The system was sent back for a replacement on 22 May. On 29 May their web site stated the system was being tested. I contacted them via email on 4 June (their website still stated testing.) On 9 June I received an email stating that the front connector to the power was disconnected and that after connecting it the system powered up and they would be sending me the system back. On 13 June I emailed them asking them when they would ship the system. On 13 June they emailed me back and stated that now that I had authorized shipping they would ship it that day. On 18 June they sent me an email stating that after extensive testing they did not find anything wrong with the system and would be charging my credit card $25 for testing. I emailed them back the same day informing them of my dissatisfaction with their customer service and untimely process to resolve this issue. I told them I should not be charged anything and if I was I would notify the better business bureau. On 19 May I received an email stating that they would not charge me because they could not determine if the disconnection of the cable occurred during the manufacturing or shipping process. Today is 19 June and I still have not received the system back yet. I will never ever use this company again nor will I I recommend them to anyone I know. "
"The quality of the product was excellent and the presentation and delivery was great. Thank you for making it possible through on-line shopping."

"These people are the worst supplier we have ever delt with and dont understand service at all. They will take advantage of anyone they can. Our Company and all our contacts who will listen will never do business with them again"
"After seeking the CoolerMaster ATC-102B-SXT (alum. case) at various online retailers, Pricewatch.com showed ComputerHQ to have the product at a high price ($224) but "in-stock" and ready to ship. Pricewatch.com was updated by the ComputerHQ hours before my order to indicate "---I N S T O C K---" so, on April 12, I went to the ComputerHQ site, checked their status and it showed the case (overly-priced) but in stock. I purchased the case with confidence.
On April 14 (two full days after my order), I receive an email from ComputerHQ indicating the case is actually "due in" and thus hasn't been shipped. They provided NO "due in" date in the email. I emailed them twice (April 14, April 15) politely asking when the "due in" case would arrive. No response.
I cancelled my order (an option they provided me in the "we're sorry, due in" email) today, April 16. They did respond to that, acknowledged my cancellation and were polite.
Oh, by the way, I just checked PriceWatch.com again ... they still appear to be in-stock, updated April 14, the same day they told me they were out of stock. I'm unimpressed.
Nothing, absolutely nothing, is more annoying for a consumer to order an item from an online retailer and find it out of stock. (I noted at least one other post from a consumer regarding this retailer with a similar problem.)
Will never purchase from them again. Won't recommend to anyone. Will illuminate my factual event in every board I can find."
"I will never use them again. I ordered the new Sony DVD burner from them. I find ComputerHQ through PriceWatch and they have the drive for $327, which is a great price. That was Friday. On Monday, I receive a message that says the drive is not in stock--which doesn't shock me because Sony is way behind on them. My first issue, though, was that they said it was in stock when I ordered it. My second issue was that they had already charged my credit card. The followed tradition is that you don't charge until you are ready to ship, so if you know the item isn't in stock, don't charge the card. All the big vendors follow that logic. So the e-mail from ComputerHQ said that it would be credited back to my card on the next statement "or two". Ridiculous. On a side note, I viewed the web page again this morning, and they say the drive is in stock and ships within 1-2 days. But it's $372. I wonder if just the $327 versions are out of stock? This seems to be a growing problem with many vendors.
**Update 4/9/2003: While it only took them 10 minutes to charge my credit card (sarcasm noted), they credited my account two days after I cancelled my order, which is very reasonable. Still not going to buy from them again, but at least I got out reasonably unharmed**"
"Excellent site design and parts list. Good prices and quick delivery."
"I am very pleased with the service that I receive from CHQ. When I order anything I know that I will receive each item as I ordered them and on time. I will shop onkine with CHQ again and as often as I need supplies for home and computer."
