"The pc is everything I wanted. The customer service is terrific, very responsive and care about you receiving the product on time. Someone even called me to see if i wanted to upgrade with some more fans for my case which was thoughtful, but my case came with 4 already which i felt was plenty.

However, after two days my video card broke, which isn't their fault, it's just a faulty nvidia gt610...which happens from time to time. I'll give ComputerLX a call monday to see if they can replace my card asap since it still is under warranty.

"Ordered my PC on January of 2012 with a 3 year warranty as advertised on front page and on my receipt, but when my hard drive recently failed (06/2013) and started making clicking noises or click of death they refuse to replace it. The support team informed me I have a 1 year warranty which does not state that anywhere on my receipt. False and misleading advertisement on the warranty.

Update: Customer service contacted me, explained that the "3 Year Limited Warranty" covers labor costs for 3 years and defective part replacement(s) for only 1 year under their Terms and Conditions."
