The staff are down to earth and made sure I had enough fans for my Hex-Core computer and even informed me of a problem after placing an order, sure it took me another day or two cuz they had to rebuild it but it was better then thinking they ripped me off because the motherboard didn't come with an onboard graphics card. So far so good. No complaints yet."

I liked that they fully tested my system to ensure everything was in working order before shipping it. I live in Canada and they ship to Canada via Fed Ex, it only took one day to arrive after it was shipped, which was very impressive.
