"The alternate shipping address requirement was a pain to deal with but once that was taken care of went smoothly. System works nicely. I did get a dedicated graphics card which required an adapter for the monitor; placement of the card in the case prevented the adapter from being plugged in (kinda dumb). Had to get an HDMI adapter for $30 to be able to hook up monitor. Should have been unnecessary with builder forethought."

After a week of trying, I was finally able to speak with Ed in technical support. He provided excellent service and ALLPCZONE certainly is committed to doing right by their customers. It is difficult to get through to technical support but once you do they will do everything in their power to solve your computer problem.

I recently purchased a new custom gaming build from AllPCZone and I have to say that it has been a great experience. I purchased by phone and began by giving them the budget I was working with and describing what I needed in terms of performance capabilities. All of my questions were taken seriously and answered in detail and I was given a custom build that stayed in my given budget. There was no pressure from the sales rep to upgrade or purchase more than I needed or wanted.

My computer was shipped via FedEX ground and was very well packaged to protect against damage. It arrived within the time frame I was told it would.

When my PC arrived the case was missing a removable side panel which covers the opening for extra cooling fans. Also the USB ports on the front panel were not working. I called customer support and both issues were addressed and corrected immediately. Because I had requested extra fans as part of the original build the panel was left off to protect against damaging the rig by running it with the panel in place. However, they mailed it to me the very afternoon I called about it (I have OCD tendencies and just wanted the panel even though I leave it off the rig). As for the USB ports it was simply a matter of reconnecting the cable that had become dislodged in shipping. Customer support addressed both issues immediately. It is so refreshing to do business with a company that sincerely wants to do right by their customers. I highly recommend AllPCZone.

"About 6 years ago or so, in good faith, my mother bought me a computer from one of those television stores. It was an Acer...need I say more. I had replaced everything on it except the original hard drive and the dumpy case. 3 motherboards later, several visits to a local shop...and finally, it could not be revived. The only operating system I could find was Windows 8 Pro and it was not compatible, putting it lightly.

I have had several techs from at least 3 companies give me compliments on this configuration as well as the components used. For what I received, anyone anywhere would be hard pressed to get a better value for the dollar.
