"This was our first experience with AllPCZone. They were very helpful with the ordering process and helping us purchase the best computer to fit our needs. Please keep in mind that they ship the computer FedEx and someone HAS to be present to sign for it. That created a small problem when we had to leave work to be home and FedEx didn't always show when they said they would. Knowing that now I would of had it delivered to my work address.
We did have some complications with the computer once we received it. Customer service is difficult to get through to. However, once we did get a hold of a human, he was helpful. We did have to return our computer. I was disappointed that I had to pay to return it. They explained it had been over 30 days...but once we finally got the package from FedEx, tried everything we could to get the computer to work, considering there was a holiday in that time AND it took us quite some time to get through to customer service then they sent us new RAM, I'm not sure I agreed with that I should of had to pay for the return shipping.
All in all, after said and done we finally got our working computer and have been very satisfied with it.
