I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Gene with a review of my order and some suggestions to make the system better. It did not feel like an upsell experience at all but rather it felt like a consultative attempt to improve my system. The fulfillment process was quicker than expected and I had my computer within a week or so of my visit and purchase. It arrived in good condition and was an easy set up and start up. "Let me start this review by saying the computer as ordered, has been issue free since I completed the final build (my own HD, Video card, Win OS 7 and all drivers) on 01/16/2013. As for their shipping... buyer beware! No where on their site (shipping info) or during final check out, do they say WHO the shipper is or type of shipping service they contracted! Also, they never mention that a SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED! I found out that a signature was needed after the first failed attempt was made. I work M-f so no one would be home during the work week. Calling FEDEX GROUND (the little missed delivery note told me that) I found out that they were not able to hold or for that matter, CHANGE the delivery address because of BLOCKS and RESTRICTIONS in place due to their CONTRACT. I then called ComputerLX customer support and explained all of this. Guy said he'll look into redirecting it to my local FEDEX Express terminal (10mis from my house) for a hold and customer pick-up and call back. Calls back and says it all set, spoke to FEDEX Ground and it will be delivered and held there for me next day. Come home and find another MISSED DELIVERY attempt note! Called FEDEX GROUND to inquire what happened this time (high level customer service agent) and was again told their hands are tied by the way they set up the contract. Asked them if they could make the delivery on Saturday and they couldn't because it is a business service, M_F, 8-5pm only and again, could not make ANY CHANGES to the delivery!!!! Was told they should have a HOME DELIVERY contract which HAS SATURDAY deliveries! Before hanging up, she said she would try to get it changed to "HOME DELIVERY" and call back the next day Called pcLX again to tell them of their stupid delivery issues and was told "I should have know" all of this before hand and they can do nothing for me!!!! (great customer service here from a so called MANAGER)! Remember, none of this info was available for me even if I wanted to find all of this out before making the order. So I told her that they will try again tomorrow, fail and that it will be returned to sender, thus losing the sale for "NOT getting involved to rectify this.
Luckily, the FEDEX customer service manager worked her magic and had it delivered that Saturday!
Bottom line is, know that they use FEDEX Ground, business class, delieries are only M-F, you will be required to sign for it, and be sure you give them a address where someone will BE there to SIGN for it. They cannot make changes AT ALL! So there is your review you wanted."

1. Salesperson was sensitive to my needs and helped me get a deal that was ideal for my price range.
2. Shipping was free and fast.
3. No problems with the computer, it runs like a dream.
4. They even installed Windows 7 64bit for me without purchase and let me activate it with my Serial # when I booted up it was all working great. Wow!
5. Slight miscommunication with triple monitor set-up but support was great and walked me through with no issues.
I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for custom top of the line systems.
