"Ordered first custom rig last year. Just ordered another custom rig this week. This custom computer builder is awesome, sorry for the cliche. But it's true. Elena contacted me with excellent recommendations that didn't cost that much and made the rig even better.

I've been recommending to all my friends and business associates to use ComputerLX, because I will be ordering new computers from ComputerLX every time.

Have you ev er tried to deal with Dell or HP customer support. Then you know the massive frustration when dealing with them. ComputerLX you actually talk to someone here in the States.

"Computer arrived timely. Hardware working. Had issues with drivers however. I think there was some miscommunication or false assumptions on my part. I put the 2008 Server OS on the machine , which my understanding is basically Windows 7. Also assumed they would confirm the motherboard would support the OS. But they don't state confirming one's selection and neither state support for 2008 Server specifically. Some delay in response but to be fair it was during the holidays so understandable and was only a week. Once contacted , was able to get things going. I installed 2012 Server instead and worked fine. I think moving forward it's best to ask explicitly if a motherboard might possibly not support a particular OS. Asus' site does state which are certified. Doesn't mean mine would or would not if not certified. Just hasn't been certified yet according to Asus. But ComputerLX was more then willing to help and offer for me to return it and swap out hardware if necessary. Contact was courteous and professional. So I plan on using this company for my future computer needs. I gave 4 stars for price but really only compared with a few others. Possibly higher or lower. "
