"I ordered a very high end machine. Cost over $1600 with no OS or drives. I've added a Revodrive, 2 SSD's and Blu-Ray drive and I'm a little disappointed with the speed. I don't blame ComputerLX for this, maybe I need to manage my expectations a bit more. I really thought this would be lightning fast but it's not much quicker them my old i7 PC.

My PC was not tested as it was shipped the day I ordered. Maybe this is because I had no drives or OS but I did still think it would be tested with a stock/test drive.

Professional wiring was also a little disappointing and not worth the extra cost.

You do have to write a review to validate your warranty but I knew that going in.

Gene called me to verify my config, was very helpful and made some good suggestions to make my config better.

18 days of intense use and have not had any hardware errors.

Some minor quibbles: the sales process is a little convoluted. Once you place your order, you have to work with a phone rep to modify the configurations. It felt as if we were treading the same issues over and over.

I'm also currently troubleshooting a problem with the fans not working, but so far their tech support has been both prompt and helpful.
