"Hello I purchased a custom gaming computer and am pleased to say everything is working great and very pleased with the performance!

Shopping: I shopped about 6 website designed for customer builds
they all had pro's and cons this was best balance of both.

Purchasing: I purchased unit after work and the next day I was contacted by customer service. They suggested a few items to work with my case and a free upgrade for a better motherboard.
I was happy to step up on cooling and graphics card after talking to the customer service rep and I am very pleased with the graphics card recommendation!

mail: standard mail arrived with no damage "thanks fedex"

Open box: I opened box and inspected all cables and sata cables, checked pcu fan installation - good, check initial power up - good. basically no problems. Only complaint would be the cables were poorly routed and it was specified in selling features it was professionally wired and routed for max cooling and it was not. If I would have known this I would have paid the 29.00 for the professional cables. this was misleading.

Gameplay: I play EQ on full settings while downloading video's and on the other monitor i'm playing music and another EQ account and I play all those at 1 time flawlessly on max settings this computer is a beast! no complaints on performance.

overall I give it a 4.5 out of 5 for overall experience "
