I did have an initial issue with the hard drive, but tech support was extremely helpful and I was able to return the hard drive for a new one with absolutely zero hassle. "I found this company to be quite impressive. I placed my order and then I was called by a very friendly lady to make sure I was getting what I needed. (Example: I ordered a USB floppy drive and she made sure I really needed one ... I can see how some folks might think they need one based on outdated information.) She asked me about my not purchasing an MS Windows license and I informed her I was going to use OpenSUSE Linux. She did not give me any grief about it at all (unlike some vendors who throw up their hands and say it voids their warranty.) The only comment she had was to make sure to use a recent version so the device drivers work properly.

I have seen some reviews here about them not shipping to any address that is not on file with your credit card and that was the case for me since I do not get mail at my apartment and rather use a PO Box. I was not able to ship UPS or FedEx but they did ship USPS which a bit slower but was no problem for me.

I am able to build my own system from the motherboard up, but I have gotten older I have no desire to do so and it is nice to find a company that will just put it all together, test it, and then ship it to you ready to go.

They ask you to write a review here to activate their warranty. I have no problem with this policy. It is not only smart but also shows they actually care about their online reputation. When I went looking for negative reviews it took me until about page 126 to find any and none of them raised my alarm."

"The PC came as I ordered it. Plus came really fast here to Hawaii at a reasonably cheap shipping. Their prices are really good which makes for a shady first impression but it is all good SO FAR (let's see later if hardware troubles arise). Customer sales representative seemed knowledgeable over the phone and made reasonable suggestions to add to the PC box (extra cooling/power with little extra money). In summary their business seems solid."
