After searching the web I found Computer LX.Their website let me build the computer with what I found that other traders have. Before I ordered I made the call to make sure what I did made sense. "Original item was damaged in transit. Company gave instructions for returning it by phone. Email was used to get in touch with the company to find out what was wrong with the computer. It took a week to be returned. Once fixed, the item arrived in a matter of days, The salesperson was very courteous. "

" I made a custom order, had my own power unit, HD and peripherals, the sales rep Elena was very helpful, and the desktop arrived as promised.
Fitting in my own hard drive proved to be extremely difficult before I finally figured that the only way to put it in was vertically or angled since there was no horizontal tray or slot provided for a 3.5" drive.
Everything seemed to be fine for a day or two, then I started having trouble with internet connection intermittently. Called support, waited on hold for 20 minutes, they told me they are sending a replacement wireless card. The guy talked to me like I am an idiot, although I am pretty computer savvy.
Called support again after 5 days to make sure, since there was no confirmation email or tracking number, waited for 50 minutes with no answer, hung up and called sales, Elena was able to help me and provided with confirmation number.
I've sent them an email earlier today and there was no reply yet, other than "we've got your mail". May be they will reply tomorrow...
So far the computer is working great, my only minor complaint is that it's making noise when the hard drive is accessed. The support guy said it's normal.
As far as their support goes, they are extremely difficult to reach even on a regular day such as today - Wednesday, Sept 12th.
I am just keeping my fingers crossed and hoping the PC won't break.
