"I spend a few hundred thousands dollars a year ordering online. I've never had an order MORE DIFFICULT than the one with geeks.com. After filling out all credit card authorization forms on their website to place the order, I was called multiple times and forced to print forms, fill then out via PEN, and FAX them. All just to verify the information that was already verified by their merchant provider. What kind of technology company is this?

Customer Service reps emailed me (email username didn't match signature name at all, hinting at fraud on their end?) and called me multiple times. The rep couldn't fathom the fact that a network admin would be using a cc from the finance department. They DEMANDED to speak to the finance department and basically accused me of fraud. A lot of hoops to jump through for a couple laptops.

"I ordered a tablet from Geeks. It arrived 2 days before their estimate, which was good, but the screen was cracked, which was bad. I contacted customer service, and the agent said that an rma would be emailed in the next 2-4 hours, and they would ship the replacement 2nd day when the broken unit was received. I got the rma in about 30 minutes, and the package is on it's way. I have no doubt that the replacement will be as advertised. Thanks!"

"This is the first time that I have purchased from Geeks and I was disappointed in the delivery time of my order. I am in NY and the order was shipped from CA and sat on the west coast for nearly a week before moving east. When I did receive the merchandise however I was pleased with the packing and all came well. I purchased from Geeks for their pricing and availability but the shipping was much too long. I was doing a new build and needed to get the material sooner in order to take with me for delivery when I went on vacation. That delivery fell through and I was later able to complete the build for someone else. Keep up with the pricing and I will again purchase from Geeks. Hope that the shipping improves but I will plan better in the future."
