"I had a small issue with my order. I placed it as I was moving and there was an issue with paypal where they did not properly update my address. I had issues trying to sort things out with paypal and with fedex, but after that failed and I called Geeks.com to see if they could help me, they were more than happy to sort everything, including reshipping an item to my new address with free signature confirmation. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service."

"To be totally honest, this is the 2nd time I have had an "issue" with GEEKS out of 4 orders, HOWEVER, both times my issues were answered with respect, care, and were resolved well beyond what they "needed" to do to keep me coming back as one of my 1st sources when shopping for equipment, parts, cables, whatever. The prices are always competitive or unbeatable."

I receive different item from my order randomly,

"I've been using Geeks for over 15 years.

Overall its been a good experience, with some growing pains for sure.
No business model is perfect but they try to get problems solved in a reasonable and timely fashion.

Overall all i give them a 4 stars out of five. I have rarely had a problem and its always been taken care of promptly.

Recently I have a defective MP3 player.

I emailed them about it and in 48hours a sales rep sent out another replacement fed ex ground without any more effort from me.

Be sure the 3rd party endorsements like Resellers Ratings and such show that they are committed to excellent products and service.

As a retired used dealer of vintage pc parts; I have dealt with online sellers that take your money and disappear into the night never to be seen again; it wont happen with the Geeks. 15 years later they're still going strong.

And special thanks to Alfredo Salinas on the Geeks support team for helping me efficiently & promptly with my last order. Thanks Alfredo.

"Fast delivery has become common place with online orders. But how does the company do when you receive a defective product? That's the dividing line between very good and excellent. Geeks is excellent. I received a defective DVD player, contacted Geeks and it was replaced immediately, no questions asked, no additional charges. I will do business with them in the future."

"After i bought two ip wireless cameras one turned up defective now and has been for 6 Mons. Reason why the wait is my father passed away last year and bought these cameras for protection of my home. Been busy for the last 6 mons. Life keeps you busy. Security cameras where a good bargain at 53.00 a piece. I just called today and i was told the warranty will run out in 4 days. I called to get a replacement and was supervised at the professionalism of the guy on the phone. There was no problem returning the camera and got a RMA and prepaid label with no hassle. I been buying from Geeks for 10 years now. A long time. So overall very good cust service. thank you Vince Adams"
