"The purchase took a while longer to load than Newegg, but when my friend showed me an awesome deal for the motherboard, I took it. The RMA system through Geeks.com is terrible because they do not have a good warranty system (when I broke it naturally), but Asus was great, more than making up for it. I have signed up for news, and will find such great deals as I had here. 4 Stars, -1 for the RMA warranty versus newegg.com."

"So far a terrible experience. I hope that someone further up the food chain can help me get my product. They mailed it without a street address and I've been waiting two weeks. They refuse to resend it with a correct address and are asking me to "reorder when it restocks." Ridiculous."

"The Geeks are Great. It seems the "Geeks" are a lot more knowledgeable about what they sell and what people want than most sales people at "those other stores" I shopped at. Even though the description of the notebook that I selected was very detailed, it was also very easy to understand; I knew what I was getting and what the capabilities were. (most of it). I feel like I got a GREAT DEAL!!"

"STAYAWAY!!!! .....I have to say the prices are OK...but you get what you pay for......you might get a good item that works or you get broken stuff in a box ( like i did more than once) & shipping.... It takes days before it gets in the shipping system .I think what they do is drive it them selves to Tenn to get it in the FedEx system so they can save shipping cost ....so if you order right when the station wagon is leaving it might be fast shipping for you .I been waiting 12 days for a adapter that was burnt and broken in a sealed box ...They are quick to say we will get a replacement out but its NOT...I just received tracking it will be here in 4 days ...... total 16 days since i called.. Are you for real... after the 8 th day I order the same unit from NEWEGG got it 3 days free shipping in & running at customers location.... DONE .........THIS is the Last time i order from GEEKS.com ....it you like to take changes this place is for you ...I need stuff to WORK & FAST shipping to keep my customers happy ...This is not the place for me.Good luck Electronic Shoppers."

"Poor RATING! Poor product peformance, far from performing as advertised. Return policy is unacceptable (Sorry you can not return it, You can only get credit for a product that is not what was advertised!) WOULD NOT reccomend a future purchase. No Technical Support. "I ordered a PC from EBay that was being sold by computergeeks. After 3 days they informed me that they were refunding my money. After 2 more days they still have NOT refunded my money. They are the worst store that I have ever dealt with."

"I purchased a "refurbished" hard drive from Computer Geeks that worked correctly at first, then began to fail. Now, all it does is make a little whimper of a beep, like a sad puppy, and will not mount properly. When I called to ask if it could be replaced because they obviously sent me a drive that was defective, they refused to work with me on the situation. They said it had been to long and there was no way for them to help me. Thank you for stealing my $100. I will NEVER purchase anything from Computer Geeks. com again as the product they sold was DEFECTIVE and they obviously don't stand behind their work. I CAUTION anyone that would like to purchase a defective, I mean refurbished hard drive from this company.
