"I bought a Mitsuba DV777 video camera from Geeks.com as a Christmas present for a friend. I was highly satisfied with the camera, however within a month the charger cord came apart. This wasn't Geek's fault as they aren't the manufactures. However when I called their support lady (Ula) she was extremely rude. I simply needed the specific information information regarding that cord. They told me that they basically don't know much about their products- they just sell them. They told me to google it! Ha, if it were that easy I wouldn't have called them. I won't buy from them again simply because of her attitude- there was no reason to get rude!"

"I purchased a Logitech Revue from geeks.com but when I recieved my package, they had shipped me a Logitech keyboard (which does not belong to the revue). I contacted customer service, the woman on the phone was very rude, and she informed me that the revue was out of stock and a keyboard had been shipped instead. I asked why I was not informed that it had been out of stock, and she informed me that when I ordered the item, it was in stock, but I had accidently been shipped a keyboard instead, and now they are out of stock. Unfortunatley, instead of contacting me that it had been out of stock, they had me wait two weeks to figure it out on my own when I recieved the package. Now you can no longer purchase the revue new, and this has set me back. If I had been informed earlier, I would have been able to purchase the revue from a different company. Also, as I asked for a manager, the woman on the phone told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. Very rude service, will not be doing business with them again and from what I've read, I do not recommend them as my situation is the not first."
"We purchased an item with free shipping which is fine, but when we called after having ordered and after 4 days tracking showing nothing , the customer service rep had a snotty attitude with us. We have a company and we would NEVER talk to a customer with such an attitude. They may want to check into their customer service reps & maybe have a refresher course for them in the way to treat customers dept."
