"To my surprise the package was received in less than one week after the order was placed. The second surprise was that the DVD player appeared to be packaged in factory new condition, indicating that it had never been used. When connected to my Samsung 1080p television via HDMI it provided excellent pictures. Thanks"

"I received my product in a timely manner. The product is being used now and I really do like it. The only problem I have is that I ordered an esata cable and not a sata cable so I can attach my new external drive to the computer.

"The wireless mouse seems to work fine. If there were any instructions with it I might know:
1. What is "3D" about it .
2. What the USB cable is for.
3. What the range is supposed to be.
It is a mouse, and it works up to about 6 feet away from the receiver.
The left and right buttons and scroll wheel all work

There is a small round button in the center too, but I don't know what it does.

I don't need a huge manual of instructions, but a few clues would be helpful.

"Seller went above and beyond what was expected of them. The item I had ordered was thought to be defective, they had FedEx come to my door and pick the package up. They were very courteous and shipped out the new item with 3-day shipping. They're a shining example of what customer service should be. The motherboard ordered was actually working fine, it turns out it was my power supply that was faulty. I plan on reimbursing them for my error. "

"I was searching for another Samsung DVD-1080P9 DVD player for use by my daughter. I previously purchased a factory refurbished DVD-1080P9 from Newegg, and that one came in the factory refurbished Samsung box, with the DVD player and all accessories in plastic bags, and a refurb notice from Samsung in the box with the 90 day refurb warranty notice. I ordered a factory refurbished Samsung DVD-1080P9 from Computer Geeks, and what I received was simply a customer return, NOT a factory refurbished unit. It was in the original retail box, and nothing was in plastic bags, including the DVD player. It was an obvious customer return, and nothing was repackaged as a normal factory refurbished unit. The bottom line is this unit is NOT a factory refurbished Samsung DVD-1080P9 as advertised. Will I place a future order with Computer Geeks - not likely. "

"I love Geeks.com and highly recommend them. I have purchased multiple products from them (including two refurbished computers) and always been very happy with the results. The one time I did have to return a defective item (an inexpensive mp3 player) they handled the return and replacement quickly. Their prices are always surprisingly good, especially their "geek specials". "

"I decided to purchase a 26" Westinghouse LCD TV from Geeks.com the full model number was SK-26H240S-R. I liked the look of it and the setup of this model. It came I unpacked it set it up and I get nothing but a blank white screen. I was upset but I understand these things happen. I contacted Geeks.com they nicely provided me with a shipping label and back off to Cali the TV went. Yesterday just out of curiosity of when I might be receiving my replacement Westinghouse TV. I was informed that it was going out that day and as soon as it gets through the shipping department I will receive an email with the tracking number and all that fun stuff. I received this email with the tracking number along with the fact that that they were not sending me a replacement 26" Westinghouse LCD that I ordered but a 26" Vizio replacement, BTW I checked they are selling 2 of the same model that I originally ordered so Geeks.com if you read this do not tell me that you have none in stock. Now with this replacement Vizio they are sending me, Geeks.com calls it an upgrade, I don't. I don't like the look of it and I simply want the TV I ordered paid for and have been without use for nearly a month now. People from Geeks.com this may not seem like a big deal to you because you are giving me an "upgrade" in your eyes but if you went to Mcdonald's because you were craving a Big Mac and you paid for it and they gave you a Whopper you would be upset. Now if you wanted your money back and they would not give it to you unless you paid a Whopper restocking fee you would be even more upset (plus I have to pay the shipping back as well). So there it is Geeks.com I want my Westinghouse SK-26H240S-R that I originally ordered. For everyone else out there I would say never to buy from this company because they have been nothing but a headache and Geeks.com this is just the start of me personally doing everything I can possibly do to make sure you don't get one more dime and to let every post forum and review online know this story. Your turn Geeks.

Geeks.com You have contacted me only after you have ignored my emails and your customer service reps have been no help and I finally contacted the BBB in your local. While you have giving notification that you will pay for the shipping back for the TV model that I never ordered the restocking fee will be determined when I call in once again. Providing you do not charge me that (see above for example with Whopper story) I will be happy to upgrade my rating of your company. That being said I don't think this situation should have come to myself emailing the Better Business Bureau to somewhat force your hand in this. Again your move Geeks.
