"I have been a customer of Computer Geeks for several years. I have enjoyed the great savings and products they offer. Recently, I received a defective product. I contacted support and they issued an incident number. I waited several days without hearing from them again. I tried calling the returns line but only received the answering service saying they were closed (even when it was their normal business hours) and it said to leave a detailed message but it disconected at that point every time so I could not leave a message. Finally, I called their other number listed on the site and was directed to returns that way. When I finally did speak to a representitive, she was very nice and took care of my issue immediately to my complete satisfaction. This is the first time I have ever had to contact them about a defective product. I am very happy that it has all worked out nicely and I will receive a replacement tomorrow. "

The order including a CPU, heat sink & fan. We ordered a mounting bracket from another vendor because it wasn't revealed the MB didn't have one.
